I used to work at Red Lobster all the food is frozen except if you buy a LIVE lobster.Also that amazing sauce she was talking about is Brown Butter sauce( diced garlic,tomatoes,and herbs), you can ask for BB sauce on steaks or anything and it’s the best thing ever!!!Don’t eat the soups,careful with the salads,and definitely order the pizza but add extra crab/lobster if you’re feeling fancy.
The fresh fish isn't frozen. I don't know if they still have that but it would come in twice a week. 95% of all food in any restaurant is frozen anyway.

All you have to do is pretend to film and say your from thrillist or something and they make the food with double the lobster and itll probably all be free, because my lobster pizza has NEVER had that much on it and ive had it like 6 times lmao
Mykee Wattz looks nothing like the food in this video, portions are way smaller , shrimp is small, lobster tails are small but still big in price 🙄 oh it also looks like they just throw the food on our plates from across the kitchen 😂🤷🏽♀️
Yes people the key is to tell Red Lobster that you will be doing a video so that they can bring your food out looking like hers because you will never get food or a plate presentation like this at any Red Lobster in your lifetime!
As an ex Red Lobster employee I can tell you that all the the seafood is frozen. All of it. The only thing fresh is the full live lobster that is pulled from the live tank. EDIT: I'm not coming back to this video or comment lmao. Dont waste your time. Also dont get so salty, you're not on the menu 😂✌🏼
Dana Coohon I’ve eaten here twice. Never again. First time, I thought maybe it was a bad batch or a fluke. I assumed it was frozen but their crab tasted tinny and metallic. I was sick from the food last time.
I mean if you live anywhere in the US other than right on the coast, it has to be frozen. I’m sure it is ‘fresh frozen’ to preserve the seafood. It’s really not a big deal.
I came to say the same thing lol as an ex red lobster employee only your lobsters from the tank up front are cooked fresh to order. Everything else is absolutely frozen
I was in a abusive relationship that my finances were tight for over 20 years. So this restaurant was expensive. Now I'm out of it still financially impossible

I love this gal's videos. I actually get to see what menu items look like, instead of having to conjure up an image in my mind from a printed description. A bonus is getting ideas for meal planning when I cook, which is very often.
Your lobster isn’t cooked live at the restaurant unless you order it from the Fresh Catch menu which is around $30-35. Any other lobster entree is coming from the freezer/fridge.
Its all fresh, it has to be shipped into other areas safely even grocery stores sell previously frozen fish for safety measures i worked for 2 major grocery stores saying fish was fresh but actually it was previously frozen or refrigerated!!! I am a current employee of red lobster and there fish is better then the grocery stores the 2 major chain ones i worked for!!!! Before working for red lobster!!!

I was waiting for the Lobster Bisque....its is the most delicious soup I e ever had. One time I ordered two bowls, with two margaritas, & the cheezy biscuits.....totally great meal!
I think this is the first time Julia hasn't finished one of these with a near case of alcohol poisoning! That coconut shrimp with the piña colada sauce comes as an entree too and it's my go to along with the snow crab. 😋
Also, you can request roasted tilapia in a bag with seasonal vegetables. It usually only shows up on the Fresh Fish of the Day menu, but it was my favorite, and I still make it at home for my friends and family.
Well sorry a certain group of people doesn’t believe in it but they didn’t really invent seafood or cheese so... idk what to tell you. The solid fact is there are plenty of dishes that include both seafood and cheese and many groups of people like them. Excluding Italians I guess
