Julia is always loving the sauce lmao, she always wants sauce, she regrets when there isn't sauce. This can only mean one thing.... Julia is the Sauce Queen.
Crunchy Mayonnaise Seems like you don't know what the true meaning of regret is haha. You can feel regret about something someone else had done of the choice someone else has made. In this case, the choice of the restaurant not to add any sauce. Regret means a feeling of disappointment over an occurrence.....
Yes I know Big Red soda and what Julia had wasn't Big Red and is red orange with citrus. Whoever gave it to her didn't do it right or listen by giving out the wrong thing which looked like grapfruit instead.
Yasmine Marden actually all her fingernails are painted but I’m different colors, the thumb and index finger have the deeper colors and the rest are in pastel colors hence why it looks like they’re not painted from far away
Actually, the hamburger was created in Connecticut at a place called Louis’ Lunch. It’s the oldest hamburger restaurant in the US. White Castle invented the slider.
What we do is separate the meat and cheese from the buns, then nuke the meat and cheese, and toast the buns. They are much better that way, at least for me and my gf.
@@nicholegoble6716 growing up eating at the restaurant, a frozen burger in any brand just doesnt compare ever sit down & shut up!gordon ramsay will tell you as well as robert irvine!
Yes, the onion “rings” are made of chopped onion puree and put into ring molds and then breaded and deep-fried. That’s why they all look uniform in shape and size
Honestly that is way preferable to traditional onion rings, with traditional ones the onion always pulls out in one string or is way to chewy for my preferences
Actually the huge uneven onion rings she mentioned are much better imho, they are single legit onion rings battered by hand then deep fried. The ones she are eating here are just onion puree and probably ring molded in the factory.
When she says this is the most disgusting thing she has ever done... forgetting the fact she ate a piece of chocolate that fell on the ground at universal lol 😂
I think you're more blunt in these apartment reviews!! I think this was the first time you point blank said you didn't like an item! Love it! Also Big Read is strawberry cream soda essentially and has not once been orange. I will personally mail you some big red to try if you want, cause it is the shizz.
I love the fish nibblers, I used to date someone NJ when they introduced them. Him picking those up for me when he knew I was close by along with burgers and chicken rings was better than actual date night for me lol
I haven't been to White Castles in years. Now that I see the additions they added to their menu I will definitely stop in the next time I am in New Jersey.
Went to a really small high school for two years. Two guys who were older than me recording how many White Castle sliders they could eat and our principal played it over the morning to announcements. 🤣😂👍🏿
I had White Castle in Vegas. About the closest White Castle to me. And I freaking love the chicken rings. They were awesome. I wish a white castle would open up in CA
Yeah, they screwed you on the Big Red. Big Red is definitely red, and it tastes like bubble gum. That wasn't it. I'm from Texas, and after Dr. Pepper, it's probably the #2 soda around here, so I can speak with some authority.
You should try Culver's really good food. I love their onion rings, mushrooms and Swiss burger, with their homemade rootbeer, and finally their concrete mixer is amazing. If you can please try
There was definitely something wrong with that Big Red. lol. It's never that color and wouldn't taste like sunny d. I think they gave you something different :(
Yay! I’m am so down for a White Castle burger contest. It’s what I’ve always dreamed of. I felt like Julia was personally challenging me to a duell lol. Keep the videos from your apt coming girl. We need them. Stay safe and healthy in this crazy Covid-19 time
Fun facts: in some regions the food is made differently. In some regions the original sliders come without ketchup. You should try them next time without it. Some restaurants serve onion chips instead of onion rings Big Red is only at White Castles in the Louisville, Kentucky area and it is red in color. What you got was their Orange Hi C drink.
I live in Louisville, and I never knew we were the only city/area that offered Big Red at White Castle, course I've never gone to a WC in a different city. I, too, have never seen ketchup served on their sliders- only pickles and onions... and I always add the dusseldorf mustard on mine!
@@jessicamcgraw2791 The stores in the Midwest don't serve ketchup on their sliders. It seems the only locations that do are on the upper east coast. I am originally from Indiana and live there now but for several years I lived in Virginia and they don't have White Castles there. I was visiting a friend in Pennsylvania and we drove to New Jersey and I saw a White Castle so we stopped for lunch. I took a big ole bite of my slider and discovered a mouthful of ketchup. I went up to the counter to complain and the lady told me that they come with ketchup. I nicely explained to her that I was not use to that and if I could get my order remade without ketchup so they did it.
@@jessicaoakes6173 haha, that sounds terrible! I personally am not a big fan of ketchup, but I could never imagine eating a White Castle slider with it on there. How interesting! I know there's Krystal's out there too, which I have not had (why, when the real thing is half a mile from my house?!), but some ppl compare them to WC, while others will say they're completely different.
This was hilarious and awesome. When you got to the fish items, I was howling with fear and laughter. OMG, the cheeseburger is literally the only thing to eat from a White Castle. In Brooklyn, they are called "Belly Bombs" and worth the pain. But thank you for such an entertaining video. Stay safe and well and for the love of Pete, don't eat White Castle seafood, LOL!!!
I'm glad u mentioned it on the beginning. There's always a bunch of all agonizing about wasted food. And it frustrates me bcz at the end of the video they say the leftovers have not gone to waste.
@@kclare21 my wife and sister in law eat them all the time ... i never really got into them, even though I'm not a picky eater at all. The burgers i mean ... LOL 🤣 !!!
I’m sitting here laughing cause that’s not a Big Red, they got your drink wrong 😂 but NO JOKE Big Red is amazing!! I have two cases for my “quarantine snacks” and I don’t even drink carbonated drinks 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for donating to your local food bank, Julia. I was able to do so with my local charity, #FeedingSouthFlorida, last week. The work that these organizations do just to make sure children & families have meals to eat is so important and needed, especially during these times. If it's possible, please make a contribution. Every little bit does indeed help. Thanks to all those who are in a position to help, and to the people making it happen. Always a pleasure watching your series, Julia. Great to see your resourcefulness at work. Take care and stay safe. 👍🤟💛🍔🍟🥤
My dad's favorite fast food was White Castle! He passed 4yrs ago coming up next month he died on mothers day. Put on a little mayo on the chicken slider so Yummers!
White Castle is amazing, I’m from Michigan. I think the onion rings might be little bits of onion, Burger King does that. The fish nibblers look really good and I love tarter sauce. I’m definitely going to try
That is funny about the no cheese past. I have only been to a White Castle once. It was in 1978 when my family went to Alexandria VA. My dad and I were out walking looking for burgers for dinner for the family and only thing we could find was a White Castle which we had not heard of. We were pretty disappointed they just had these tiny simple burgers and it was only the original and no cheese. No other options. We got a big bag of them with some fries and went back to the hotel not happy with the situation. We did wind up liking them though. Quite different.
I have ate White Castle about three times in my life. All were late at night after concerts. Every SINGLE TIME I ate at White Castle I got terribly sick and regretted the late-night snack.
