Any Japanese worker goes above and beyond. One of the few countries where the citizens actually are passionate about their strong work ethic and respect. Makes American workers look like children in comparison.
Same, everytime around 3 or 4 am I just get in a mood to watch review/travel vids. It's so soothing tbh and is weirdly good at putting me to sleep as a raging insomniac.
Pointless. The leather cushions are way more comfy. And I'm pretty sure they've thoroughly cleaned and prepared each headphone for each passenger, so unless you're a germophobe, no point using it.
xupPer223 you would think. Travel enough and you’d see how flawed that logic is... also, that’s the way it is in Japan. It’s a courtesy. That’s why they wear face masks when they’re sick. It’s how the culture is over there
@North-East Dude is saying because the air quality may be bad due to pollution they had to wear masks. That practice of wearing due to pollution or in dusty areas is actually more common in China. Wearing masks is also customary in East Asia to stop spreading colds or flus. Masks have become part of East Asian fashion, streetwear, techwear, koreaboo and weeaboo clothing etc. Nowadays they're being used more in the West due to Covid-19.
Shadow- The Squad you literally have 2 subscribers so you have no room to talk. And he’s not even a kid lmao, I hope you see how dumb your comment was.
I would have liked to see an exterior shot and maybe learned about Price comparisons for the different travel options for that leg of your trip. Cool vid though.
They usually have third ones for the bathroom, shared. But you have two pair of yours, one for common areas, other for sleeping areas (or their respective replacements), dating back to sleeping on Tatami...
For those which would like to know the music artist: Grillabeats (and the music he uses is from the album Trapanese 1) he also hay a youtube channel and hes on Spotify
Hi Bobby ! Nice to meet you! You are in Japan! It is so Good! Last week, I went to Newyork! It was my first time to visit in America. and l stayed at Bowery Grand Hotel. It was good.I walked everywhere in Manhattan! Have a nice time in Tokyo!
That's awesome. I've been to Osaka and Japan in general, 7 times, and I've never even heard of this. I was just there last month. Man, Japan never ceases to amaze me.
I’m sure those black ear covers are for the headphones. Like a sanitizing cover for the headphones. So ur not putting ur ear on the same dirty one that last costume used ! Lol but your way works too.
The black tiny pieces are to cover the head phones... 😂 Just remembered almost a similar situation in South Korea where they provide microphone covers when you go to karaoke rooms..
Those things you put on your ear are actually meant to be placed over the headphone ear pieces. Just cleaner that way in their opinion, sanitation wise. Lots of airlines such as Emirates offer those headphone covers (which are usually plastic sealed before use). But hey, I guess you could use them as ear warmers? Haha. Keep it up Bobby.
I checked the bus hotel's website, and tickets are about $180 - $200 (¥18,000 - ¥20,000). If you're going for efficiency, it's not the best option. Bullet trains cost anywhere from $150 - $250 one way (even more economical with the JR Pass), is faster, and will deposit you in your destination at a reasonable-enough time. The experience is something else though. You're better off staying at a capsule hotel for the evening (at $35-$40), take the Shinkansen around noon the next day, arrive at Tokyo at 3:00 p.m., then you can proceed to your hotel and check-in. If you were to take the bus hotel, you'd have to lug your things for at least five hours, because you are definitely not getting checked-in at 7:00 a.m. Also, I'm glad that there are noise-cancelling headphones in the trip, because damn, I would have screamed at you if I'm trying to sleep and you're in the next roomette vlogging. Talk about lack of courtesy.
a Chinese Canadian here, I was born and raised in Hong Kong until I moved to Canada in 2001. back in the 90s, my family and I have traveled to Guangzhou, Beijing and my grandparents homeland Zhong Zhang more than a few times. from my memories China was not this advanced back then, many ride in motor bikes and there were lots of farm land. now time has passed and my country has make huge progress, the city has made so much progress that it is hard for me to believe that they made these improvement in a matter of 20-30 years. Way a go China, keep up with the progress, I will always be proud.

Finally an interesting youtube video about Japan. I've had it with the trips to the local grocery store and now I'll show you my small apartment, and now I'll cook a meal, and now here's what my office looks like, and now.......
I took a night bus(not a hotel bus) before just to cover for the travel distance between Tokyo>Osaka and Kyoto>Tokyo. Doing so, I save extra from having to book an extra night using hostel/hotel/netcafe. If you do use a night bus, just pay for an public bath instead of booking a place to stay for half a day and then resume your trip.
Night Bus ♡♡♡ I'm officially obsessed with these videos. I think India has been my favorite so far. You have to go to Iceland and Wales the adventures I had there were AMAZING!
There's a hotel bus that goes to San Francisco from LA. Your ride seems a little more high tech. The roads in Japan must be very smooth compared to CA.
how did you book this bus/what's the name/company of it?! how much was it? i've been looking into overnight buses to get from tokyo to kyoto and this one trumps the ones i was looking into!
Ryan McMunn it’s cuz he lied to his followers. Look up the incident if you haven’t already. That’s why a lot of ppl left him, but the few of us that stayed believed that Bobby could improve/learn from his mistakes
I love the bus station worker was using the translator on his phone that is me all the time. I will be traveling with a portable translator the next time I go over seas for sure. I love the bathrooms in Japan they have to coolest settings.
