At ~ 5: 27... Gorgeous mushrooms on fantastic looking bread - and gorgeous coffee cups which echo the visual texture of your meal! Beautiful cups! Gorgeous scenery! Thank you for having us along!
Breath taking vistas. Pure artistry. You capture the environment and mood vibration on your movies. Thank you for taking us with you on your epic adventures. 💛🙏
Nothing like berries on a walk. It’s like nature awarded you a bonus for getting outside. My dad always carried a gallon bag in his pocket when we walked.
This was wonderful, and so beautifully filmed. Thank you so much for sharing your adventures, it's a privilege to be able to ride along from the heat here in Australia. 😊
Never stop making these videos! You inspired me and my wife to try out wild camping with a campervan(usually we rent cabins). So, we rented one and made our way to Norway. It was our first time doing so, and maybe we should have tested it out before leaving Denmark. It was surprisingly demanding, but so worth it! The van we rented was maybe a little too big for the Norwegian gravel roads and mountain passes, but I'm definitely going to buy a smaller one and do it again. We were also surprised by how much space our dog took up in the van! Greetings from Denmark
In the 1970s, a friend invited me to eat spaghetti with mushrooms he picked. When my teeth clicked together, sparks flew out of my mouth. That was some tasty spaghetti. I am not afraid of heights. I am afraid of suddenly hitting the ground. You guys are braver than me, standing on those rocks. Another great video.😎👍
Holy - - where was that dramatic drop off???! That's certainly where a drone comes in - thanks for the view!!! Information of " end of the misnifhr sun" season was interesting. Little hut.. ❤ It seems that for a relatively sparsely populated country - or at least, the area of your country, roads and trails are exceptionally well tended.
Hi Simon, I think describing the northern lights as 'intriguing' is slightly under selling them! 😂 Another great instalment. Very relaxing and evocative combined with great company and 'cinematography' . (Was your other half a mountain goat in a previous life? Her standing on the ridge top gave me the heebie-jeebies just watching!)
Hi! Haha, I guess we might be biased, we’ve seen this ever since we were kids😂 Thanks for the kind words! Yes, I think that must be the reason why she has those nerves of steel😅
That was a fantastic harvest of berries and wild mushrooms and autumn is the best time for natures gifts. Amazing scenery as always made better by the changes of colour. It's been a while but your back making good videos 👍
You’re back!!❤ We missed you so much! So this was late August? We are thinking about coming in Spring, we want to see the rivers and waterfalls in full flow, but also catch the Northern avoiding the mosquitos and midgies. When is best to come for this - April into May perhaps?
Thank you😊 Yes, and into September. Well, that sounds like a tall order. That could be a bit late for the northern lights but you’ll run clear of insects. Some parts of Norway will still be covered in snow in those months, especially in high elevations.
@@SimonBraeck we came before in April over Easter and it was a bit grey and very cold. So we thought a little later would be good, but seeing the Northern lights from a remote and wild location would be epic. Maybe we need to come sooner? Love seeing Benedicta posing on the edge of the- she has nerves of steel!
I really, really like this video a lot. The way you put them together like a history storyteller and the music together like a mystery. Every drone shooting is breathtaking. When the drone moved in different angle shootings, it made me feel I was there. This filming is so spectacular, by far! I just wanted to mention to you because I paid attention to details. Great job editing this video.
That was a pleasant surprise and as always, entertaining with wonderful scenery. It’s so satisfying to gather from natures’s harvest and what a huge haul of fungi! Seeing the northern lights is something we’d love to experience and what a thrill that must have been for you both.
What a stunning video. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, I loved being transported to your beautiful country again. Me and my partner visited Norway for our first time in August this year - we absolutely loved climbing in Flatanger and then discovering this country on a big road trip. Its wilderness took our breath away and we can’t wait to come back to explore more. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us, we so appreciate it as it helps us plan and dream of our own trips. ❤
Sounds like you had a great time in Norway🤩 Really glad you find my videos helpful and it’s exactly what I wish; that they can be used for planning trips to Norway. Thanks for watching!
Awesome, as always your filmography(?) is a cut above the rest! Beautiful country, will definitely bring our VW up there some day soon. Love you guys! Stay classy 😉
A techy question - how do you know what speed you are doing in the van when the speedometer is wobbling like yours? Love your book by the way, I am due to retire shortly and will be heading out as a new vanlifer and Norway looks spectacular. You are a lovely couple and I hope we see more from your visits soon.
It’s basically the average between the max and minimum of what the needle wobbles between. Once if passes 80 km/h it evens out😄 Thanks for the kind words, I hope you’ll get a great trip🤗🇳🇴
Aurora Borealis? At this time of year? At this time of day? In this part of the country? - couldn't help with the simpsons reference. Looks amazing! thank you
