I wiiiish we were allowed to have Fairy Bread as breakfast in Australia! Haha. It’s a “party” food. White bread. (Not toasted) Butter. 100s & 1000s (aka the tiny ball-like sprinkles). Absolutely delicious. But definitely sugar on bread so not often eaten at breakfast :)

In the Netherlands you can buy sprinkles to but on your bread which is called “hagelslag” you first put butter and then the hagelslag 🥰

I grew up eating that hollow long corn and was obsessed. My mom had to make a weekly trips to the organic food store (in the 90s) just so I had them in my lunch. I think I was introduced to them by my dad and his friends, who were all earthy active climber types. Anyways, LOVED this!!!

Australian here! What you were thinking of is fairy bread! We put butter and sprinkles on bread and it’s delicious! It’s mostly a kids party food or just a snack, it’s not really known as a breakfast food though!

Some of those items are actually very common in Puerto Rico too, but with different brand names! Also, sweet plantains are a staple dish in PR, we call them “maduritos” ❤🇵🇷

In Holland we have sprinkles on our toast, chocolate, anise, multi coloured, so good like eating cake for breakfast! I wish I would have tried chocolate sprinkles with peanut butter, as a adult I tried it and it was so good!

You cam tell Christopher that unfortunately some people buy the advent calendar just to preview them for people on the internet and open all days at once. Alot of people did that with Tiktoks month of December Advent they gave out to certain influencers.
