As soon as he said something about quartered oreos, I thought of every possible way I could cut an oreo into 4 pieces that would anger my friends. A few of my favorites were: Diagonal slices. Removing the cookie parts and cutting the cream in half, but, like, in the way that would give me two super thin cream circles. Creating 4 segments, two purely cookie and two purely cream.
