TRYING GREEK SNACKS! + daily vlog 

Halva is a super food (very nutritious but high in calories) and it's traditional in the Balkans and Israel as well, not just Greece. There are many variations (vanilla, almond, chocolate etc), but you have to get used to the strange consistency. People that try it for the first time are put off since it feels like chalk when you chew it, but it is very tasty when you actually give it a shot. In Greece, we usually have it during fasting, right before Easter, along with sesame bread!

The Ouzo/ licorice candy is one of my faves. It's weird but it tastes like fog. I don't know if that makes any sense.
