Every time you say “Phenylalanine” my heart explodes. I’m getting my masters in biomedical sciences right now before going to medical and there is no way I’m NOT pronouncing it that way from now on. 😂❤️
I’m a linguist and I thought he was saying a Hawaiian word but then I was like “wait, Hawaiian doesn’t have the letter f.” I tried spelling it a few different ways until I realized it was actually FEE-null-AL-uh-neen
I love how when Alexa plays Hawaiian music its about pakalolo 😂😂😂 and then theres Brandon dancing to it not knowing what it is! I love how innocent he can be sometimes.
@@kellystephen1571 I dont think the irn bru would get there safely. I was think of some of our other weird foods. But well have to wait and see what happens
As a Hawaiian I feel the need to correct you, it’s Da Kine! :) Also, a bit disappointed that you weren’t sent (or didn’t film?) any lilikoi (passion fruit) candy! That stuff is amazing! I think it would be hilarious to see you (a haole) try some traditional Hawaiian foods (poi, lomi salmon, poke, hau pia, etc) on camera. Love your videos! Aloha nui!
and it's my favorite thing in the world it's delecious i live in Japan and visted Hawaii once it was my favorite place so far simply because i went spear fishing there for a challenge and to try new things and explore the islands paranormal being that even on vacation i couldn't stop being the little paranormal investagator i am my boyfriend however didn't like it all that much but he likes more dark and weird places where he can "protect" me lol and he is afraid of sharks and stuff like that so beaches weren't the best option and i had to spear fish alone
@@andieleete2748 Da kine can pretty much be anything. It could be a person: Eh, you going see Da Kine later? It could be a place: I going da kine pretty soon, you like anything? It could be all sorts of objects: Try pass me da da kine. It could be a feeling or emotion: Eh, you seen Joe today, he stay all da kine.
I love hearing you play the guitar! My husband and I are planning a trip to Hawaii next year and we were out antiquing and bought an old 50's album of Hawaiian songs. ha
Congratulations! Good luck to you today and try not to be nervous, once you see that sweet face looking back at you the world just melts away. God bless you!
Once again, glad to see the guitar make an appearance and hear a little playing!! I love your videos, but your music is incredible (I'm a musician), so I look for it in your videos. Thanks for including it! 😝
These faces are what make the world go 'round ❤ Brandon you keep bein a great dooder and we'll keep livin happily with these videos of yours. #PleaseLetMeMeetYou 😭❤
We actually eat our popcorn like that more often then you think. Plenty of people buy the mochi crunch & the kakimochi flakes inside the popcorn & mix em up in the movies. Li hing isn’t an acquired taste , but choke (a lot of ) people LOVE it.
GOOD MORNING BRANDON ! ☕️☕️ Anyway you can do a cooking/baking video following a Binging With Babish video ?? I really wanna see you make Double Glazed Apple Fritters 🥰🥰
I lot of people don't realize there's two completely different American, & German versions of Gummy Bears made by the same company. The American version of Haribo Gold bears tastes way different than the German Haribo Goldbaren which is lavender, clove, & apple tasting. My old neighbor growing up, used to make chocolate cookies, & even put it into hand churned vanilla ice cream for her desserts. The Goldbaren substituted for chocolate chips, and fruit in her ice cream.
Finally a Hawaiian one lol I was laughing when the song came on, all I heard was Pakalolo 😂😂 and yes, We use Li Hing Mui on everything! Even popcorn lmao. Wonder why you didn't get mochi crunch for the popcorn tho 🤔 😁
Inverted sugar syrup is an edible mixture of two simple sugars-glucose and fructose-that is made by heating sucrose with water. It is thought to be sweeter than table sugar, and foods that contain it retain moisture and crystallize less easily. Bakers, who call it invert syrup, may use it more than other sweeteners. Li hing mui is a popular spice that has a sweet aftertaste that we put on all kinds of treats.. Li hing mui lollipops are a popular candy kids sell at school that we make at home.. Nice try with pronunciation tho!! Rock On!! 🤘🏽🌺🥰
