I remembered Rhett mentioning the peroxide rinse a few weeks ago. As someone who has battled with regular bad breath - like, we're talking barnyard bad breath - I decided to give it a try. There's been a WORLD of difference!! I don't get slapped in the face with my own breath anymore.
Sometimes the bad breath can come from the stomach or the sinuses. If it was purely dental then brushing, flossing, and cleaning your tongue would solve the problem. Seeing a gastroenterologist and an ENT may help.
@@jaydenweekes5242 it’s to help with digestion and freshen your breath, like parsley as a garnish at an Italian restaurant, it isn’t necessarily there to clean your teeth.
Fennel, licorice and anise all have a similar compound called Anethol. Which is why they all have that specifically similar aromatic profile. I strongly dislike the flavor, but I like fennel the most of the 3.
I googled it because I was curious and Wikipedia says a 3% solution is used by dentists to locally desinfect. So it actually should be safe to use especially watered down.
I was sitting in my friends garden and enjoying raw garlic and tomatoes then remembered I had a dentist appointment, I apologized to the dental hygienist. She said it is a nice change from rotting teeth and gums!

I honestly am starting to prefer more to the actual show. The environment is more relaxed and i feel that rhett&link are more honest, kinda like how the show was years back
Once or twice a week I use hydrogen peroxide in place of water to wet my toothbrush before brushing. It helps keep my breath fresh and my gums healthy. 👍🏽
