Sad to see the purple/periwinkle go 😭 looks fabulous with the regrowth and your skin tone 🤗 can't wait to see the rainbow though! Always here for a good rainbow 🌈
That was a great color. I know most people avoid blues because it's so hard to get out but I have yet to find a combo of warmer colors I can stand for a long time in my hair. I'm just a sucker for the cooler colors. Blue and green still my heart colors. Love the new Heating Pad, Aislinn!
this will probably be the last video you post before the billie concert so i just wanted to say that i'm so happy and excited for you🥰 have a blast! we can't wait to hear all the stories and your experience. be safe and enjoy every moment of it❤️
Heating suggestion: a cotton 'shower cap' (or turban-like thing) with flax seeds in it. 2 minutes in the microwave and there you have it; warmth all over the hair.
a cool idea could be trying a color remover adding dish soap and dandruff shampoo in one half and not to the other to see how much of a difference it really makes! love your content!!! grettings from spain!
Thank you for your video on the Redkin Acidic Bonding set you posted recently...I have been alternating between Olaplex, bumble and bumble, and Xmondo and I think this has been hands down the most immediate noticeable results I've felt in a looong time. Thank you! CAN'T wait to see the Neon rainbow! 🖤❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
I have a gold n hit heating pad...that I bought like 20 years ago....when I cleared a house...we found it in a box in the attic. Still works. You're gonna love that thing and you will be happy to know it has longevity.
I love it when color removers say to rinse with warm water. I mean when you take cold colors to keep your colors and now you finally get to take a hot shower... Yes Please!!!
This helped so much! First time I didnt saturate my hair enough and I couldn't keep my head hott. Mentioning a heat pad reminded me that I own one and can use it to help lift a layers of color. Also 2 treatments with 1 packet. Would have never known😊
Since I am nearly out of my Guy Tang's Striptease and it is sold out EVERYWHERE and I have to get Arctic Fox's Aquamarine out of my hair... bless you for doing these!!
If anyone uses direct dyes on darker or non lightened hair- and wants them to stay longer- those heat caps work GREAT for THAT as well! But i don’t recommend if you’re not trying to have the color for a while.
Wow that stuff really worked! You looked great in the periwinkle color, though...seriously hope in the future you try it again. I love the heat hood! Awesome 💙
Great video as always, I look forward to see your new neon rainbow hair! I'm on my fourth month of trying to remove a stubborn green color, I do Vitamin C treatments every week to try and fade it and it's now a cute pastel color :D
Do you know what's the difference between Ion Color Remover and Ion Color Corrector? I always use Ion Color Corrector in my hair after I bleach my roots (but shampooing only after the color corrector has done its job) and it works absolutely FANTASTIC every single time. And I'm talking about taking out green and blue so it's a big deal.
I'm so glad that worked for you, it didn't do anything for me when I tried it over a year ago, but mine was like... tan? Gelatin colored? Followed instructions, but maybe the dish soap and dandruff shampoo really did a bunch extra! Maybe I'll try again in the future.
Would love to see you use Malibu C Color Disruptor! It is an alcohol and and oil based color “disruptor” that works well with vivids that are conditioner (aka oil) based!!! I would love to see how your hair porosity handles it!
Bless you for posting this video. I tried to go pastel purple today and it toned my ends and dyed my roots. Fml. Imma wear a hat to work tomorrow and use that ion stuff when I get home!
I used that color remover for the first time back in September to remover the permanent black and it came out looking red, probably from manic panics shocking blue that I used since it has purple undertones. I can say that it worked good even after not much happened after the second-fourth rounds.
Could possibly be under tone from the black as well. Sometimes black will turn red if you use it on super bleached hair. Black food coloring can stain stuff bright pink. Could be a bit of both....
@@linablues6881 yea everytime I put black Frosting (Wilton gel colors) through a reusable pastry bag the inside was neon pink inside anywhere the frosting was. A line where the coupler/ tip was protecting the bag and wrinkles where the bag was twisted at the top. I wanna say the frosting stained the counter pink too but it's been a few years since I've used it and I don't use it very often. Black isn't a pigment it's self it's a mixture of colors. Natural black hair goes into red then orange then yellow. So I'm saying it's possible and likely the box black also had red undertones unless it was specifically a blue black and even then who knows. Some of these color removers will do better on warmer or cooler colors. It's possible it left behind the warm colors. Although I had the bleach thing backwards if it's over bleached it can turn green/blue.
I was just at Sally’s today I got this color remover also got 9v gloss color toner to go with it and t 14 which ever one I’m gonna go with im hoping it takes the orange out of my hair a lot of gold tones going on
Wow that's amazing! I wonder if this works on brighter colours!? Can you try this treatment on a pigmented purple colour on like a test strand? I might be trying to get rid of the purple in my hair and would like to how how many treatments will do the job without killing my bank first, lol!!
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! try your heating pad/hood wtih hair masks like the bleach london one and see if it makes a difference vs what you were doing before!!
are you bleaching your roots for the concert? i had a thought that a dark purple root would look really pretty with rainbow hair although it might depend on how you do the rainbow so it doesn't muddy certain colors lol
Random question but do you still use purple shampoo for maintaining blonde? If so what do you use? I’ve been using redden but not sure if I should switch to another brand for better results 💕
What is the difference in the chemical reaction between using water versus developer with the color remover? Do you feel like the developer would take out more or would it just make it harsher on your hair?
Your video helped me so much. I wanted to lift the color I had which was very dark. With your tips of the dish soap and clarifying shampoo it lifted quite a bit with the first packet and a bit more with the second packet. Appreciate your tips
Have you dye your hair using semi perm ion or permanent ion product, would like to see videos of it... specific with blues and purple dyes and your opinion 😊💙💜
I have a question, going from shades eq back to gray. Many of these say do not use on non pigmented hair b/c the vit c can carmelize. Even though I washed & rinsed 3 times with malibu undogoo, my white had a little brown tint. Can you correct that or just don't use the product? Trying to grow out natural gray and feel like I'm always starting over. I leave it off the roots when applying. Frustrated 😠
Hi aka Aislinn!!! I am a USARMY amputee and veteran...Merry Christmas 1st thing...Secondly I really love your vibes...I wanted to try this on my 4c hair...do your recommend this product for african american hair?? Please respond!!!! Happy Holidays!!🎉
I recently bought this color remover and the worker who sold it to me said to try it with developer instead of water, could you try that next time and see if it’s better than just the water?
My hair is medium brown and I have dyed it dark brown for over 20 years. 3" of grey/white coming through on my roots and wanted to use this to strip the dark brown. I don't want orange hair though! What will this do to my hair?
My hair has golden tones in my hair so I’m hoping it works I also have a 9v light cool blonde hair gloss toner or T14 to use after if it’s still orange after this
