Hi, next time you want to put mica powder around the sides as you did with this mould, in that little silicone cup put in your alcohol then your mica powder and mix into a wet mix then paint it onto the sides. You may have to keep adding a bit more alcohol as it dries up quick. That way you don’t have mica powder fly all over the mould so you don’t have to spend ages cleaning up your mould. I have trouble with certain resins and inks together, it’s not the ink it’s the reaction with that particular resin and quite often my coasters don’t cure hard either. Thanks for you videos Sherry. Hi Sherry, I always have trouble with Pinata alcohol inks forming a skin in the resin. I've stopped using then. It's tricky using a different resin as the wait time changes. Was your white resin hot before you piped?

I did have vertigo a years ago, I live close to a boarder between Arizona and Sonona, took some treatment and it hasn't come back thank God! You are brave cuz you bend over your whole world 🌍 turns! You should sit down when doing your work! I hope you get better 🥰

So sorry Sherry to hear you are not well. Vertigo is awful. Hope it doesn’t last long. 💐 I use Let’s resin alcohol inks and their resin 1-1 . I highly recommend this company. I get great cloud effects in pendants. Daniel Cooper’s tutorial helped enormously in me being able achieving it.☺️👍 thank you very much. Sending healing vibes your way! 🥰💐🇬🇧

Instead of actually bending over and forward, bend at the knees and stay upright to avoid actually bending over to avoid the symptoms until you can get your condition figured out. Good luck and best wishes.

Sherry i have suffered from vertigo off and on since 2006. I have nystagmus in my eye that makes it feel like my brain is shaking. As well as a form of MS, (not saying you have this at all), but what i take is motion sickness medication, its over the counter at your pharmacy and it will work great. It does cause drowsiness as a side effect. I do pray you get a diagnosis also soon. ❤️🙏❤️

My grandma had that happen to her, the doctor told her the crystals in the inner ear were out of line. He did some manipulating of her head to realign the crystals and it worked. Weird I know. Hope you find out soon what you have and get better. Nothing worse then feeling sick. Love your videos but if you need a break we will all understand. Prays for a speedy recovery.

I have vertical I didn't know I had it my doctor said I had vertical she gave me some prescription three times a day and I keep telling my inside my right ear hurts me a lot she checked it out look inside I don't see nothing I see it's not down in my ear and she keeps saying I don't see nothing makes me wonder I feel like I'm losing my ears here and hearing anything but I'll tell her what you told Miss bling bling bling on the show here what to check out I call Cheryl Ms bling bling bling I think she's so sweet I would check on mine too on my vertical have her have my doctor check my inner ear thank you very much

Bless you heart! Hope you feel better soon! Lay down on your back focus your eyes on a stationary object, don't move your eyes too much, it will make it better. I have menieres, and my balance is terrible. I hope this helps. It is only a temporary fix though. God bless!

I am so glad you used let’s resin. The starter kit that I received had the Let’s Resin in it. And I’ve had the hardest time making anything With alcohol inks. Am I said the very same way all flimsy. But in a day or so they became hard. I thought it was just me. So thank you for sharing this

I have it too. I use the over the counter meclizine or Dramamine for motion sickness. It’s the same medicine as the prescription vertigo medicine.

I myself live with vertigo there is a medication they can see the may or may not help you. I find it helps me. The medication helps to the point that the vertigo episodes aren’t as bad or few and far between ask your doctor about betahistine it also helps for ringing in the ears but not as well as the vertigo. Although it helped my vertigo more that the ringing in my ears.

Been there. There are exercises you can do before getting up in the morning. Should do if you have history of vertigo and do whether you currently are having symtoms or not.

It’s either vertigo, syncope or hate to say this….a tumor or aneurysm. I had exactly the same thing. Watch on changing directions too quickly too. They did the tilt table test and I had syncope. Medication helped with it greatly. However, (now this runs in my family so don’t panic) I started passing out. They thought it was seizures or meneres disease. Then they did an mri because medication did not stop it. I had a huge brain aneurysm. They caught before it ruptured thank god but they were only able to clip half of it. So they check me regularly. Anyway, the way you say you feel sick I would say vertigo or syncope. Keep us posted.

Hi Sherry sorry to hear that you are going through this. I have had Verigo for 11 years now. I know what you are going through. I have some good days and some bad ones too. It's in your ears your equal liberian is off. I take something called Meclizine to help with not feeling like I want to throw up. Also when you are sitting down you have to get up slowly. It would be best if you don't bend over but if you have to come up VERY SLOWLY. When I bend over to put up something I to feel like I'm going to tumble over. Mine comes and goes but it's with me most of the time. I hope that it won't be the same for you. Hope you feel better soon

After several therapy sessions my therapist suggested vitamin D3. Haven't seen her since. Once in a blue moon the "Vertigo" sneaks up on me but not as severe and not that often. Vitamin D3 can't hurt to try. Take it every day and let me know if it helps. God Bless and Love your work

Hi Sherry. I really enjoy your videos. I like that you change up what your showing us and it's not the same thing over and over again. On some of your longer videos I've tried fast forwarding but I find I really miss hearing you talk. That's half the fun of watching your channel. :) What I've found to be a good way to be able to hear and see everything is to speed up the video playback speed. YT has options of up to 2x the regular speed. I like to listen and watch at either 1.5x or 1.75x. That way I get to see everything you're doing and hear everything you have to say but the video doesn't take as long to watch. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

You can wet your mica with alittle alcohol and paint it on, helps alot with the mica flyaways (aka unicorn farts) lol Also about the bendy resin, you read the directions and it said by volume, but you said you did it with your scale, so thats where you went wrong, resin is alot heavier than hardner, so I dont think you mixed correctly.

Hi Sherry, could the vertigo be from not wearing a mask when you handle all of these chemicals especially the resin? I've watched many vids on resin when I wanted to start using it and Wow what a medical problem! Besides that I myself suffered a bit from vertigo since I am a runner in So. Fl. where our weather is the exact opposite of yours. So it turns out that if I don't drink loads and loads of water every day and fresh coconut water I suffer dizziness which when I looked it up was describe like vertigo. Very scary condition and I immediately did my preventive care and am really well. Love your vids pls do take care of your health.

Vertigo doesn't come from using resin without ppe.. Vertigo comes from a situation in your past like a fall and you hit your head to hard that the pebbles behind your ear drums gets loose so you get unbalance and that's why you feel dizzy to the point to past out sometimes.i know that because my mom have vertigo since younger and find out later because she had a few fallsand hit her head bad. I also had a fall forward and to cove my face I pull my head back and hit my chin and part of my face and since I suffer vertigo.I had an episode one day and didn't know what was going on and I went to Dr and he told me and explain it to me. You said you used to run so you probably running the street ground with the wrong sneakers. I know that because I used to run marathons and I didn't know that since I was using the same sneakers for dirt and also tracks. Another thing it's your breathing while running and your diet while training.

@@blackangel3375 Sorry, but I have to disagree since I have never had a fall on my head and have suffered Vertigo from dehydration simply! Vertigo does result from resin blocking your ability to breathe as all chemicals can frustrate and restrict your ability to breathe!

That's lack of oxygen. When you get dehydrate your brain gets overwhelm from over Woking your self. That lead to the blood circulation s slow down causing to block the oxygen in your basin. Yes you gonna feel vertigo because your body it's not on control of the gravity.. your unbalance and weak.. not working with proper equipment can cause you feel fatigue and the air block and of cues you gonna feel dizzy.

Hi Athena. I also have a positional vertigo. For me when I turn my head to the right it is normal but if I turn my head to the left, everything wizzes by. I’ve had it for so long that I’ve got used to it. I had instances of Meniers syndrome a couple of times in my teens, which was awful. How does your positional vertigo affect you.?

I do like the one on your bottom right has a fishermans/long ago military man. On the top side before unmoulding. Maybe try again after the resin gets a bit thicker before adding ink to it. Just a thought.

Hi Sherry, So sorry you're not feeling well...I had the same thing...It's call positional vertigo...I saw a specialist and he had me lay on my side (fetal position) and he tapped behind my ears. That one treatment and it was gone..Google treatments on it...I was a transit Driver and couldn't look up... it was terrible...But after that day no more.. Love all your videos.. amazing work...I follow Julie also...God Bless

Hi Sherry, I love your videos, and watch them all.. sometimes multiple times. As for the Vertigo, I had a problem with it some years ago, although not as severe as yours. What helped me was my doc's suggestion which was to take Dramamine or Bonine. Helped! Perhaps it will work for you at least until your tests can be assessed. Keeping you in my heart.

Could be the resin, if it’s a different type resin, it’s just like when I make cookies, if I use a different butter or a different flour even, they taste so different. But they are still pretty

I think my oldest daughter has a touch of ocd if u can have just a touch lol. When I do my acrylic nails quite often they're all different but the same color n whatnot. Olivia had to both hands exactly the same. Once when she wasn't paying attention I swapped 2 of them n she was "off " all week n she had to come back to see me the very next weekend to fix it

Very cool experiment. I think they're pretty. Are they still bendy now? Some reviews on Amazon say that resin can remain bendy. Maybe it would be good for only deeper pours? I hope they get your vertigo figured out soon. Being dizzy is the worst. I get dizzy sometimes too but I noticed it's when I'm stressed out. I think mine is from anxiety.

Sherry, I hope your doctor can figure out what is causing your current vertigo issues. This happened to me a couple times, and my doctor ran all sorts of tests... he ended up prescribing an over-the-counter medication called Dramamine. It's also known as Meclizine comes in 25 mg. It helps with dizziness and nausea. Of course, make sure you get this recommended by your doctor before using it. I also get the vertigo when I have a bad sinus infection. Speedy recovery! By the way, I love your videos!

I have had something like that happen to me before and if I think got something to do with the alcohol ink and some resin takes longer to cure course you know this I sure hope everything's okay with your health maybe you should try sitting down to do some of these at least when you're doing this stuff you need to see close up

Sherry, I believe a chiropractor can help with vertigo. Maybe you should go see someone before your cat scan 🌼 and maybe you could be sitting down till the issue is resolved, better safe than sorry 😸💖🌼

I thought it said in the instructions that it took 2-4 days to cure? So that probably means it takes much longer to harden. I like the white ones the best. It seems that was a thinner resin maybe like a casting resin? And I think you used too much white in the ones you swirled and it fell to the bottom and made some white blobs through it. But I guess that is what experiments are for. Love how you used the chrome powder on the edges of these coasters such a great idea. Can I ask how long it took for you to get your mold from Julie? I wasn’t sure about ordering since it may take a while plus the price, is there an exchange on top of her price? Since she is in Australia and we are in Canada? Vertigo sucks and I am so sorry you have it. I rarely have an event these days but had lost many days of work feeling dizzy and pukey about 6 yrs ago. I went to physical therapy several times for it several times. The medicine I was given for it made me unable to drive when taking it. But it finally got better after sleeping in a recliner for months. It is a pain in the butt. And I am very sorry. Resin: New product has a learning curve, always. I think you are fantastic doing this stuff. Maybe it is just too cold for this particular resin? Or this stuff also needs a resin bath before using? Hope you try again.

That is what I figured too. If by volume the 2 containers will be same size, if by weight the containers will be 2 different sizes.

Sitting too much puts pressure on back of legs stopping circulating can cause blood clots … try walking more and low dose aspirin also deep breathing n yoga -hope this helps 🕊

I suffer from bad vertigos too it could come from your ears as a Meniere Syndrome . It is when the water behind your ears is unbalance. Avoid to bend or turn quickly on yourself and when you get out of bed it has to be very very slow. Sit for one min then stand for another min before you start to work. The medicine that helped me a great lot is SERC . Talk to your doctor about it and let me know the results . I inherit this from my darling Dad .look after yourself it is very very bad .

How old was the resin you used I missed that bit if you said how old it is but some resin once opened has a max of six months before it's effect, working time etc is reduced even the hardening but give it a few days they may harden up more. But saying that I have a full alphabet which didn't turn out great still months later still flexible for no reason apart from being 4 months from first use 🤷 sometimes resin is resin and doesn't perform I can't see it being the alcohol inks but saying that I've not use pinata as I've seen other videos where it's let people down so for me it's let's resin only. Also let's resin metallic set is trash it's disappointing stuff ESP when the set arrives and silver is only 5/7 grand max not 20 grams as stated and still sealed and on Amazon UK reviews 90% say the same 🤷😢 but the white one's backed will look ok 👌❤️👌

Hi Sherry, I suffer vertigo from a brain condition. What solves mine is Stemetil in an IV bag of saline solution. I am currently having an episode at the moment and it’s awful. I do hope that the can work out what helps you through this!

Oh an another medication called betahistine is a preventative it helps me to get less vertigo episodes. It took 5 years of dealing with vertigo on and off for a doctors to say oh there is a medication for that! I was gob smacked no one had told me sooner. Hope this helps 🙂

Didn't you just have a bad cold? Sometimes an ear infection and sinuses will cause vertigo. It almost paralyzed me for months until they treated sinusitis and it cleared. Even now if get a little congested, the old evil V returns.

I know what you're talking about having a vertical I have it too I've bend over pick up something and I get really dizzy when I come up and nauseated and I can't do nothing for a little bit I find out bending over really slow come back up slow or bend down don't look down sometimes when I'm walking I get vertical I do take medication for it three times a day I don't have it with me right this moment I would tell you what it's called from the doctor your little yellow football in my doctor's first cried them for me they helped me a little bit moving fast like I'm rushing trying to get things done I get the vertigo you just have to be careful don't move too fast when I'm sitting down I don't get the vertigo the way I'm driving I don't get it and it seems like my right ear hurts a lot I don't know if it causes it or what but I'm going through test over it too so you be careful Miss bling bling bling you love your shows You're darn good on your work bye-bye I love you and I think you're sweet

Sorry you’re dealing with Vertigo.. that’s miserable. My Mom had that many years ago, it was so bad she had to hang on to the walls just to go to the bathroom. They ran a bunch of tests but, it just suddenly went away as quickly as it came. I think it lasted for about 3 weeks. I hope yours disappears too.

Sherry, I suffered terribly with vertigo for many years and know how awful it is. I have had 2 different kinds of vertigo. O think you may have the kind with the crystal thst is in the wrong place on your ear canal. Find a doctor who can do the Eply Manuver or learn to do it yourself, as I have. You have to first determine which ear is affected and then do the Eply Manuver concentrating on that ear. Google it. There are many sites with pictures, diagrams and written instructions as well as film. It feels horribly nauseating. But it works. Good luck.

HI Sherry, First I would just like to say Please don’t worry about making your lovely tutorials your health comes 110% first and I am sure your Subscribers will Agree with me Sherry, ask your Doctor to do a ( B 12 Blood Test ) as that can give you Vertigo to ………… Sherry, I thought your coasters were Interesting looking but pretty to look after yourself Lin ✨❤️

Try swatting rather than bending your head down bending over. Swat keeping your head level. That might help you. I don't know

I really like your content, but honey you need to speed it up . I know we can fast forward but I don’t think it’s my place to speed it up, I put a video on to watch I don’t want it to interactive. I don’t mean to come off as being nasty just offering a bit criticism.
