Regarding makeup, I realized one day that I feel so much more confident and free with my bare face, compared to stressing during the day if my foundation has creased or shadow’s smudged. Now unless it’s an evening event, I feel awkward with makeup on 😂

Oh my gosh, you have described it perfectly! This is exactly like me. I actually found wearing makeup really stressful as I would always be worrying that my makeup was coming off or was smudging etc. It's so much better not having to worry about not being able to blow your nose or rub your eyes 😂

I found with my journey to not wearing makeup I gradually reduced it so I went from wearing foundation to just concealer on my spots etc xx

I feel like lockdown really helped me. I’d wake up 2 hours before to do my makeup and cos I wear glasses id worry if it smudged. Now I’ll wake up and go barefaced and it’s so freeing! It’s also made my skin so much better and I’ve so much more confidence!!! I also feel it helps as I get older. You’re beautiful with and without it also! It’s so nice to see as I remember your older videos where you’d put makeup on, it’s nice to see you embrace a beautiful bare face 😊 x
