Those are for drywall joint compound they are flexible for soothing the mud out. You need an actual scraper which is much more rigid. Try the flooring dept. They usually have scrapers to remove glue down carpet.

What he means by “finishing” is when you’re trying to smooth out the mud so you don’t have to sand as much. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’ve only got basic drywall knowledge but I’m pretty sure I’m right.
The scraper is a paint shield made to be bendy and flimsy cause it is just used to shield paint whe spraying and rolling and what not to make sure it doesnt get where it isnt supposed to be mainly used outside and very good with paint 10/10 there 3/10 for the rolling
