Will - Menudo is a Mexican dish, which is a “caldo” or soup. It is beef cow tripe from the stomach, in a red chili pepper sauce, hominy, onions, lime, oregano, garlic, guajillio peppers, beef stock, and sometimes potatoes. Only true hangover cure I’ve ever experienced is jumping into a freezing cold glacial river in Whistler. Jumped in heinously hung over and got out feeling 100% like I hadn’t even had a drink. I felt so good after I couldn’t believe it. Also for hangover nausea, a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich always helps.

In the US so many adults use Pedialyte for a hangover cure that they came out with "Advance Care" black label. It has more electrolytes and it's what I use for a hangover. I'm not a big drinker so when I do drink it's good to have a bottle for the next day 👍☺️🇺🇲
