Mascara: I noticed teeny tiny flakes at the end of the day!! Not my favorite :/ It didn't smudge though!
Lipstick: The lipstick lasted for HOURS!! It did feel slightly dry by the end of the day but I was impressed by the longevity! :)

NYX Lingerie liquid lip have been my new obsession! i just bough 2 more. I will be wearing these this whole week for my best friends wedding. as a bridesmaid i found these to be the longest lasting most beautiful. no flaky crusty wear off. simply long lasting and smooth. only issue is my undertone and color of my lips its a bit harder for me to pick out lip colors since some pull too pink or too brown regardless of brand. however they had a great range of wearable pinky nudes, muaves and reds for me to have a different look for all events.

That eye look is a blast in the past for me! Back in the 70's I used to wear aqua on the lid and brown in the crease and the look was very similar to this, except for the outer and inner corners. (Back then, we'd just do lid and crease.)

As a woman of color, I stay away from blue eyeshadow (not the med/dark blue eyeliner pencil though). But Allie's application of it was perfect.

I loooove love love that Milani blush! It's one of my go to's!!! Pair it with Milani baked blush in Dolce Pink. It makes the most beautiful finish and color.

Read the labels before buying Milani. There eyeshadows are actually made in China. But I agree that there blushes are awesome.

Love liquid lips! I'm back into them, more than before, probably because of the formulas available. The NYX ones you have are really good and I purchased a few of Dose of Colors, I'm loving the longevity. Good with masks and look good!

Those liquid lipsticks look like pretty blush colors too! I use liquid lip colors as blush - they are surprisingly easy to blend and build on the cheeks and then they stay put. Thank you for the video 🧡👍🧡👍

@@mrp8190 i have used fingers and brush- i dot them on with the applicator and then i use a small foundation brush or fingers to stipple it outward. I do one side at a time if its a quicker setting one, but so far i havent had any that wont blend just like a liquid blush. Also, I always wipe my brushes on a small towel after any blush and these wipe off just the same. I havent used a sponge cuz im afraid it would just soak into it and get gunked up, but it probably would work well too as long as it was washed right after. 🧡

Yay! A drugstore tutorial! I love liquid lipsticks but I mostly use them as a stain or as a long wearing bold lip color like in the fall. Love your channel and thanks for your continuance to post, I always look forward to your videos 😄

@@kelly82485 Instead of swiping the product across my lips, I dab some on the middle of my lips with the applicator so there's less product on my lips, and then using my fingers I dab the lipstick over the rest of my lips. Does that make sense?

@@melisawest8566 after it dries, I either kiss my hand or tissue. That gets rid of any stickiness if there is any. I think it dries better than the Maybelline!

i love when you are actually using the colors in that kind of palettes, because I think everyone of us is able to do a wearable look, but the difficulty is in using the colors which eventually stops us from buying such palettes so seeing you applying the colors is very helpful

Hey Allie! Thanks for another awesome video 😀 I am actually into liquid lipsticks because of the longevity as well, and I live in a super humid climate so I don’t find that they dry my lips out which is great. I like to be able to apply them and not worry about reapplying throughout the day!

Mascara tip: use L’Oréal’s Telescopic mascara on the lower lashes only. Best brush for lower lashes. So yes, I utilize 2 different mascaras.

I'll start with eyes first. Before I apply any makeup application I'll use setting spray after when I'm done using my eye makeup, than use it to set my complexion products and again for powder foundation. I love the Elf Big Mood Mascara. It does so much for my lashes. If I'm in a rush I'll. use the no budge shadow sticks, super shock shadows from Colourpop, BB Creams, and elf bite size- face duos.
