I'm blown away World Champion! Plus I think it's a brilliant training routine. You up the ante by doing 3 boots getting better each time and eventually 1 boot will go down like nothing. I believe in time if you train like this you'll get your 2 liter world record time into the 16's or maybe even the 15's. INCREDIBLE!

Research him a bit. He has always been overweight, but has actually lost weight since beginning challenge eating professionally. It's a common misconception that challenge eaters eat like this (or drink in this case) all the time. I'm not saying he has picture perfect health, but he's not killing himself by doing this.
