Soooo I explored all of the thunderhead islands with the full storm going, just thinking the no visibility was part of the fun challenge. I didn’t know you could get rid of the storm until this video.

so about the faron ruins being made for mineru, at some point callip says that all the stuff in faron is way older than the other zonai ruins, so it was contructed far before mineru was alive, but also at the spot where the chasm is you can see some of the ruins are chipped revealing the newer style of zonai architechture underneath. i think it would make the most sense for the faron ruins to just have been repurposed by mineru way after they were originally contructed. i really hope that made sense i dont know if i said that very well

I love how Quin calls for Yunobo every time he’s faced with a stonewall. He sounds like a mom calling for her kid at a family gathering and I love it!

If you want to defy Hylia from constantly making it rain when you are trying to climb, make Sticky Elixirs or get the armor set that can make you completely slip proof. Show Hylia she can't stop you!

That may be one of the funniest intros yet. I was not expecting to see Link in a Bokoblin mask spinning on a big tire while having rocks thrown at him. 😂😂🤣 “Hylia never descended from the heavens.” Cue Skyward Sword Zelda weeping. 😂

*In today's episode of Tears of the Kingdom...* Having never been distracted by his sworn duties, Quin rushes to the Faron Region to (hopefully) meet up with Tauro (because of the main quest, not any other reason). Unfortunately, only Calip is stationed at the Skyview Tower---the two may have bonded over their shared attraction to the man of the hour if only there were time---so Quin heads out to find himself a crop top & a well-toned man. Completing his Rauru cosplay is somewhat hard work, but his task only truly begins when the many dragon statues of the Surface ignite Hylia's rage in the sky, dissipating the storm only just enough to reveal the Thunderhead sky islands but not enough to quell the Goddess's anger. Being struck down by the wrath of a god he despises only to be lifted up by the ones he adores, Zelda's surrogate father & auntie lead her chosen protector down into the Depths of the earth to meet the Sage of Spirit: Mineru. *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today!*

Something potentially fun to consider Quin, the Charged Headdress you're wearing (plus a few other headpieces) allows you to dye Link's hair. Make of that however you want!

Every time I hear Quin complaining about how Hylia always makes it rain during the most inconvenient times makes me think that I'll be excited when he realizes that he can become part frog and make Zelda even more happy by doing the stable side adventure. In all honesty, It is always a great day when Quin posts a video.

So fun fact: this dungeon was actually my first one! I just thought early on it'd be funny to test the new building mechanics by flying to the storm cloud and then after wandering around blindly, without realizing, I fell straight down into the room with the massive door. It made this dungeon feel all the more special to me that I found it by fate instead of following plot.

I’m so glad you didn’t just stumble upon this dungeon before completing the other 4! It was such a fun surprise for me when I fought phantom Ganon in the castle only to discover there’s a 5th dungeon! You’re gonna love this one. Great puzzles, in the depths, and a boss fight I never would have expected in a million years.

Yes, I would count the Construct Factory as a dungeon! It's open-air and non-conventional, but it does follow the recipe of "do 4/5 of these tasks before eventually battling a boss," which I can see from your video titles you've already encountered. The music in this dungeon is so beautiful

Quin, if u attach a lynel hoof to ur arrows u can get rid of enemies armor with one shot 😎 (at least for lynels you can haven't tried on any other enemy) hope this helps you on ur quest to save smelda! 🤝

Until i foind quins channel, i never thought ide have so much fun just watching someone just having fun doing what they want and experiencing games for the first time

Quin you REALLY need 2 things, mine zonite for the batterie upgrades at the mines and upgrade your armour, at this point of the game there is minimum a silver enemy per encounter and with 9 or less armour you are never going to clear out one without dying SEVERAL TIMES or using WAY more resourses than a couple of decent swords that you could get back with the enemies horns

I like to imagine that Ganon has to personally revive every monster, and he keeps the red bokoblins around because he likes their antics, not because they're effective.

It’s great watching you actually do the quest. I totally just accidentally stumbled upon Mineru’s mask, did not do the quest for the armor or any of the islands in the sky, and just went straight to the dungeon 😂. I’m just now realizing how much I missed.

My favourite detail (and/or intention) is how each of the elemental outfit's head pieces match the horns of each of the main 3 dragons they represent.

You should get the froggy outfit so that you don’t slip in the rain

I love how you did the mineru quest properly! I was just mucking around in faron and a stone fell from the thundercloud so I ascended on it and chugged sticky potions to climb onto the outside of the island, then wandered around blind as hell until I fell into a hole and got the shrine

Did you know: when ur falling to your death u can get ur paraglider on for a couple of seconds so it’s useful when ur out of stamina and falling u can pull out the paraglider still before u go meet rauru 👍🏻

The red legged frogs on cliffsides and the weird little lizards all over cave walls and wells can be used to make a sticky elixir, which reduces rain slippage. The reward from the Newspaper Quests works the best, it 100% cancels out all slipperiness. The newspaper quests are also pretty fun, and introduce a pelican rito friend.

I really loved this whole quest, I'm a huge fan of all the archeological stuff and the Faron dragons have always been so freaking cool. I love how interest in the ruins isn't confined to a few scientists, everyone in the kingdom is fascinated by the zonai and want to learn more. Makes me think how happy Zelda would be to see everyone so excited about history and learning, and how sad it is that she can't enjoy it and be a part of it.

First off, love the intro. And to improve on it put more wheels on top of each other. Doing that stacks the wheels speed on top of each other it’s very funny
