He seems to be a very people friendly guy, and I can see him being the next student favorite. BUY HIM... he is just what you need at this time.

His gait transitions are so smooth. Now THAT is a trail horse. You might just become a gaited horse enthusiast after all!

There is definitely something about him. The look in his eyes, very expressive. He is humble and unassuming, confident but not overconfident and bossy. Very interested in people. Very cute boy. Hopefully he fits what you want!

He seems like such a gentle soul. When I grieve, having something or someone to direct my love and attention to is very therapeutic. It’s not replacing the animal you lost but opening your heart to someone who may need you just as much as you need them.

I think he's beautiful and a perfect fix for everything you need him for. Him being healthy, trained, and coming from a vet who took good care of him is definitely a huge bonus. You will have plenty to do with Mushu, Belle and her baby.

Congratulations! He’s awesome! I was given a 30+ year old buckskin tibia I paint. She belonged to our mail lady a was brutally murdered by a Russian immigrant man who thought he’d inherit all of her money which, sadly, didn’t exist. Every penny went back into her horses and the land she rented. Since I lived very close by her family begged me to take Lakota, the old mare. All of her other horses were sold immediately. They offered to pay me monthly for her expenses, but their loss was so tragic, I wouldn’t hear of it. She was very healthy and only needed vaccines, hoof trims, worming and her teeth which were surprisingly good for her age. I called he LaLa for short. I have always wanted a paint with this coloring. I’d hop on her bareback with a halter and lead rope to ride around our back wooded acres. Sometimes I’d pony her if all of the horses would be gone on a trail ride. She had separation anxiety if she was left alone. She was amazingly fit for her age. There were times I’d dream of Kay. She knew how much I loved her LaLa and I think it was her way of connecting with me. 5 years later I found her dead in the pasture. She looked like she laid down and went to sleep. Arrow, my other paint was whinnying over and over. He does this if we are late for breakfast. It was very early so I suspected something was wrong. Our Vet told us it was just her time. There were no signs of colic or anything else. I look some strands of LaLa’s tail where it wasn’t noticeable and I made bracelets for Kat’s sisters. I wish I had made one for myself. We had her cremated and asked if they would spread them over Kat’s grave so they would be reunited. Her family wouldn’t stop thanking me, but LaLa gave me much more in those 5 years than I gave her! She was so much like your new horse (minus the gaits) that I found myself tearing up as I watched the episodes. The last one is the name reveal, but it’s 3:00 in the morning! 😂❤😊

My impression from when we got our first look at him - he will be one to up your level of animal communication if you so desire. I know we all communicate with our animals on some energetic/telepathic level and there are some horses that are just more interested than others. His eyes say he wants to communicate in this way and he has wisdom to share. I'm sure you'll have wonderful relationship.

He fell in love with you when you went to see him in his pasture. You two are a match made in Heaven, so to speak. He looks so smooth no matter what gait he is doing. What a pretty boy. I'm sorry that people think just because you are for looking for a new horse after what happened to Prince Charming. What they need to understand is that you are in a business. Just because you started looking for another horse doesn't mean you don't feel the loss of Prince Charming. I love gated horses. I have a bad back, so my last horse was a Paso Fino. I loved him as much as I loved my first 2 horses which were Appaloosas. I would buy him in a minute If I could still ride. I'm living vicariously through the horse videos. Thank you.

I can't get enough of his colours and patterns he's a really really beautiful horse, not to mention that he seems just really chill and easy going I bet he'd be a dream on a trail ride. Also I agree with your decision not to really quarantine him, it's different when you get a horse from auction and have no idea where they've been or what they could potentially have, but with this guy you know everything and know he's not sick and up to date on everything so there wasn't a real need for the quarantine. And I can't imagine how less stressed you are knowing 100% you have a healthy horse, especially coming from a vet

When I was about 12 years old, a friend got a Tenn Walker. She invited me over for a ride and I remember how delighted I was with his canter. He had such a long back and Sheryl said that was why he rode so well. Was she right? Was it the horse's long back or was it that he was gaited? This horse was also so willing and calm. He had an amazingly smooth jump as well. I always wanted to purchase a Walker after getting to know this one, but they were rare in the state of Washington back then (the 1960s). Lots of Appaloosas, but not walkers.
