New to your page. It cooled down here too as it was only 106 or something today as opposed to 110-114. I’m in Phoenix. I bought the lipstick in RiRi and I like it a lot. I didn’t get the liner (yet), but had a liner already that works perfect with it. What I was telling some ladies on Instagram is that even though the app may say out of stock, it may be in stock for delivery (how I got it despite being out of stock) and yes, sometimes it’s indeed in store. I talked to an associate in Ulta once and different stores have different delivery dates and may just have it in back until they set up the display. They brought out a new foundation for me once from the back to test and then buy. Like the new Danessa concealers say online only, on Friday I was in one Sephora and they were in store but on Saturday a different one didn’t have them. I just swing by in case. *Sorry for the long comment.
Hi Andrea! Thank goodness for some “relief from the heat” right?! At one point it was almost unbearable. I was looking at RiRi as well, that’s one shade I will definitely have to pick up. Thanks for the tip about Ulta! I was surprised to see it in store after the app suggested otherwise but now I will make sure to inquire in store since they have the ability to put out products at different times! Ooh now the MVP shade is gorgeous! I have it in the Velvet Liquid Lipstick formula and I LOVE it. I’m sure it will be beautiful in this formula as well.
Love your video, and I agree that Fenty should have made these liners retractable. They are way too soft to have to be sharpened (& risk breaking when opening). The Urban Decay Grindhouse sharpener works well for these (& any other plastic liner).
That is my thought as well, these are great liners as when you apply they do not budge but the applicator and the consistency could stand some work. Now the Urban Decay sharpener I will have to pick up so I don’t continue to loose product when I sharpen . Thank you for sharing this tip!

Hi Courtney! Thank you for viewing☺️ What I have done is sharpened the plastic with a regular sharpener… I don’t care for the outcome because it isn’t as sharp a point as it should be.
Oh no! That is not good, I was hoping it was just my personal experience as I stated possibly due to the heat but I’m hearing this is the experience for many of us. It’s a shame because I really like the staying power of the liner once you apply it but the consistency while applying it seems to be the issue. Hoping they are going to at some point update the packaging and make it easier to use.
One of mine broke also and thibk it has to do with the heat. I took my other ones and put infrobt of ac before I used it and it didn't break. They are also very creamy so you need to use a light hand
I got exactly the same lip liner today and I just got home and figured out that this visible amount of product is all that I have. I’m pretty…. Confused? To say the least. I didn’t try it yet on my lips, cause I’m very disappointed. I prefer wooden liners too, but there’s no dark enough brown lip liners I’ve needed in my area, so I just took this one, cause it was pretty permanent, I barely managed to clean it out of my hand with makeup remover. But, as I said, I got home and found out this and… idk, I’m just upset. I’m thinking of returning this liner and take my money back and struggle with eyeliners further, but at least I’d have full size liner of product instead of peace of plastic for 20$
The plastic applicator does make for an interesting application. I have since used a small sharpener on it and was able to get to some more product. Not the best experience because the consistency of the liner is extremely creamy. I’m hoping they will at some point update the quality of the packaging.
