I'm going to try the mad octopus tomorrow for market prep, he's so cranky and here in Australia we have a little blue-ringed octopus that when he gets angry shows his blue rings (he's deadly unfortunately) and this reminds me of him
the tension issue with the hippo can be complicated though. Even though I could tell where to put the increases across the back, I had to alter the placements because my tension was different. I think that would be harder for a new crocheter. The mouse is adorable, I need to try that one

@@mellyinspiredcrochet It's an H.P. Lovecraft horror monster that has basically an angry octopus head and I'm not sure how he describes the body I've seen it depicted a few ways.
The *Angy* Octopus has to be my fave, a bunch of them would look like an angry mob and think they would look menacing and cute. Mice freak me out, but 🐀🐁 because hes cute and its a very cute pattern.

It’s the shape that’s similar but it could possible be the size of the pig, the stitch count that not the same. If you look on Etsy and search up any animal, there’s so many patterns of that animal and they’re all different. It’s unique to the person who designed it and there’s always more than one way of making a plushie ♥️

It kind of goes against my name! Lol! But absolutely everyone should have an angry octopus. And looking at it, I think you can add angry eyes to almost anything 🤣
