Just want to say I also work as a freelance illustrator and have experienced severe wrist pain and inflammation too! What I discovered and what doctors dont tend to diagnose is that sugar and white carbs trigger the joint inflammation and deterioation.Because I love sweet treats I found out that having a bit of dilute lemon water or apple cider vinegar just before a sweet indulgence is a total game changer. No more joint pain and carpal tunnel. The pain used to get so bad I couldnt sleep. Please try it - it will save your body longterm instead of numbing the symptoms and letting the sugar wreak its havoc. The vinegar/lemon act on the sugar during digestion and slow down the blood sugar release so your sugar doesnt spike and also prevents those awful dizzy spells and overall weakness (again, blood sugar spike overloading your whole system).

Ahh this gouache turned out so nice!! I keep seeing this palette and it's almost haunting me at this point with is tempting aura. Also what is with the most delectable looking things being the opposite of what you should consume?? They really do look like they'd be tasty but I'm afraid it's like the tide pod situation.... That aside, I love love love how cute it looks I totally agree! I think one comes in pink too?? so it's going to be a hard decision. I definitely want to try these out but I'm going to fight myself If I get anymore supplies and not use them asjkdasmldadklas. Love how this illustration turned out!! My favorite part is the oranges LOL. It's so cool to know you're also a fan of ImaWonder, her gouache illustrations are insanely nice. We love it here

hearing one of my favorite artists mention another favorite is so lovely :( i also have some questions for you or anyone who could answer if that is okay. i got this for christmas so obviously i am new to this and learning as i go. i've had a hard time figuring out how much water to use? i tend to end up not using enough so it is too thick and i have a harder time blending but when i do more its too thin? i also am not the best with layering and the paint not skipping on me if that makes sense? mine have gotten dry so i try to spray them with water but i feel like it isnt enough?
