i appreciate that sarah is going into this review with some pre-existing knowledge of k-beauty! ik a lot of youtubers try korean products out and complain bc they don't deliver the same effects as american makeup, but it rlly is just a different style :))
Romand lipsticks are so nice. Especially the mattes, which I know you're not a big fan but they are so SMOOTH and powdery that it's not drying/stiff. Peripera/etude house eyeshadows are really pretty too.
its pretty good i like the texture of the juicy tint but I heard they said Romand insulting China. I heard they said the new Romand hanbok project copied the Chinese pattern its called Xiangyun pattern n they said the patterns are from Korea somehow like just stole the culture from China. As a Malaysian Chinese im rlly angry at this
I love I’m Meme brand. Their products are supposed to be small and portable. Their eyeshadows are velvety and nicely pigmented. I also love their matte lipsticks bc they are soooo smooth and powdery, it feels like you’re not wearing anything!
(As A Korean) your natural daily makeup is very Korean-style 😆 i think it’s not only about the product that makes Kbeauty but it is more about the way of wearing it😁 of course you look pretty on every makeup that you are wearing ♡⃛
I was thinking the same! Except the glitter on the lower lid and gradient lips. I miss living in Korea and having access to all those glittery eye products hehe xoxo
I agree on the tints! You need to buy and own a few more shades. Korea has the BEST lip tints from matte to glossy. Stays on all day and leaves a nice color
oh my all of Romand's products are my favorite lip products ever !! all of their products wear beautifully and you can never feel any of the products !! and they last so so long
OMGOSH we have the same Holika Holika blusher!! Except mine is the “Dusty Rose” shade! I love it! Especially for my brown skin, it looks so natural & beautiful
It wasn't a scam, well it was more of the Brand Purito who got scammed, sadly. It was the shady lab Purito and lots of other companies use unfortunately. Purito is still a wonderful brand.
I hope this becomes a series in your channel. There's a lot to discover in K-beauty. I've also started the transition to using more of their products, and so far no regrets. :)

I’m an Asian, I think here are some super famous products that almost Asian girls are using and I highly recommend u to try them asap: Clio kill cover cushion (they have 3 choices for ur skin type), The Saem cover perfection tip concealer (super affordable and shade 1.5 by somehow fits almost us - from bright skin tone to even dark asian skin tone), Heroinmake Kiss Me mascara (u can find tons of reviews about this on the internet), Too cool for school contour palette (this comes with 3 shades of powder contour in one package for different places on ur face)

I know that EM Cosmetics recently came out with a new cushion, same as the one you tried (tinted serum SPF 50 cushion) and I would love it if you could try it and compare to the one you tried!
I actually have tried it! 👀I need to test them both out more but I'd say they have a similar effect on the skin. I really appreciate the range of shades in the Em Cosmetics cushions though. I think the one I tried from YesStyle only had like 2 shades to choose from

I think for blushes you might like the apeu liquid blushes in those nail polish looking bottles. I haven't tried them out yet, but I'm hoping they could be a cheaper alternative to, for example, the em cosmetics serum blushes.
I do recommend the face shop's lip tint (white cap) in #5 (my fave shade lol) if you want a long lasting lip stain - been using it for years and it's one of the best korean tints out there! Hope you'll make more k-beauty videos

Always love watching you videos, sarah!❤️ And that lip product is the type that are popular in asia, it's called lip tint and supposed to stain on the lips, give a hint of tint without making lips dry. You can try to apply it on the center of your lips, then dab using finger to achive more natural looks 😊

I just remembered the peach C's maker? (My english is not that good) she was a bully....so no one really buys her product anymore...But as a Korean and your long time subscriber this was really interesting to watch. Especially becaue a lot of foreigner put lip products all over their lips. In korea never really saw that. Just put a bit and spread it out is what alot do. I feel like that's because korean products are mainly for tinting and a lot of foreigner brand they stick? dry? to you lips. Yup.
