Ube is actually from the Philippines. In Filipino cuisine there is ube ice cream, cake, icing, etc. Coolest thing is the purple color.

The indian green chutney is usually coriander and maybe mint. The salt in the indian drink is meant to keep you hydrated great for hot days.

I appreciate all the effort that a video of this lengths took. The day 2 camera work or editing could be improved but its a skill you develop. I would particularly love more cuts to food close ups instead of odd zoom ins.

Linguiça is a pretty basic sausage - pork, garlic, paprika, onion. It's not all that different from andouille and is easy to find in the US. Considering the number of Brazilians in Orlando, I assume it would be even easier to find there. Which is to say, the problem is Universal, not the sausage.

A Canadian here eh ;) the "beavertails" and poutine are always best made fresh and still warm :) You should visit Canada's Wonderland and Niagara Falls some time in order to try all things Canadian :)

So the Puerto rican one was interesting to me! Im puertorican and i had never heard of the ponche drink. And ive never seen an empty alcapurria before in PR, probably just a universals thing. But i do recommend to eat puerto rican food in an restaurant in Orlando called Pal Campo. Their mofongo is not dry like the one you ate. Honestly id take you guys to taste it! It’s 10/10 for me
