Of course the Trackspacer is better, because you can choose which frequency you want to suppress. About Sonible. I have an EQ-4/limiter/compressor from Sonible .Smart:comp 2 doesn't seem to be bad, but there is a problem that this compressor works with errors if you don't use spectral compression. I've checked dozens of times and smart: comp 2 unfortunately changes the Db all the time. SmartEq-4, on the other hand, is a very good plug-in.
Your intro was the comfirmation I needed 👏🏾but somehow I think this is a ruse in their behind the scenes activity in Sonible developing a 'big brother' to this model. No way this comes anywhere close
If they are developing a Smart version that'd be pretty neat, although I'm not so sure it's needed with Smart:EQ4 and Smart:Comp2, then again, having a dedicated plugin might be good idea in the line-up for this sort of thing, with all the bells and whistles.
GTR 1 DI > Bias FX2 Plex head > Custom IR for the Cab > PreEQ > LA3A compressor (attitude). Same approach for GTR 2 DI, but using different IR. GTR 1 panned Hard Left and GTR 2 panned Hard Right. L & R guitars summed to Stereo Bus > U17 Compressor (smoothing) > EQ (if needed) > Tube Saturator (warmth) > De-esser (tame harshness)
I'm comparing 2 products in a similar price range. Sooth2 is £169 and trumps both of these plugins in terms of features (although no AI learning) + it has oversampling. As I said at the end of the video, if you have Sooth2 (or own trackspacer already) you won't need Pure:Unmask.
It has a 30 day free trial and you bought it without trying it first?? Oh man, sorry but that one's on you. Never buy any plugins from ANY developer without demoing it first. Otherwise you end up in your situation! Sonible are normally really good to deal with, just drop them an email.
