the question is, is the app directly linked with the lightbulb (eg. BT) and no user registration is required or you need to put all your personal details in order to be able to use it?
No u just need to link the bulb to a app like google home or Alexa Just needs to be linked Or if it comes with a rgb remote then that’s not a smart bulb If it comes with a plug the plug has wifi and to setup u need to plug the plug in some where and then start by connecting to its wifi and u can start pairing
If it doesn’t have a plug and u just get the bulb read the description of the bulb in the box If it says this is a smart bulb or wifi or Bluetooth written somewhere it’s a smart bulb all u have to do is put the bulb where ever u want like if u want it to be a lamp light up there then connect to its app if it’s Lenovo connected it through its app
