C'MON MAN!! You don't come to Italian Fiesta for cheese pizza. You gotta get sausage, cheese and pepperoni!! Also you went to the wrong one. They have about 5 or 6 locations. You went to the worst one. Italian Beef, go to Portillos, Schatchells, Luke's, Johnnie's, Al's Italian Beef. Same thing with Harold's Chicken. Many locations. You have to know which one to go to.

As a Chicago native, when you come here Peaks you MUST try Beggars or Giordanos. Those are the heavy hitters. Italian Fiesta is good, don't get me wrong. You can even go to Damenzo's on Taylor St. That CPS pizza used to slap, nothing like it 😂.
I’m from Chicago Italian fiesta a hit but I never know anyone to go get a straight cheese pizza. You have to get it with sausage the beef sausage you have to get meat. And for Portillo’s, you were supposed to get nacho cheese for the fries and on the beef.
I freaking love Italian fiesta. It’s straight thin crust. When I used to go home on leave from the military, I used to order an Italian fiesta pizza when I was 30 mins out from the crib. Then I used to eat half of it in the parking lot.
Lou Manatis and Palermo’s Pizza some good Italian authentic thin crust definitely recommend for next time both on the southwest side. Hopefully you give them a go they right by Midway airport too
I’ve traveled a lot and I live in Chicago. As much as I hate it here the food is the best. The problem is the tourists go to all the popular spots but it’s the small mom and pop restaurants that really go crazy.
In the hood thats all they can afford, so to them its “the best”. Thats all they tasted. Its like when i was younger and i has only tried dominos, i thought dominos was the best pizza.
I’m from Mississippi and moved to aurora. 40 minutes from Chicago. And I can tell you people out there are always hostile . They don’t mean no harm , that’s just how they talk , somebody from another state , especially from our south like me , you’ll think they being mean but they not
Harolds chicken, 6 wings fried hard with mild sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper and a hot pepper. If you want a deal go to the Harold’s in Hyde Park Tuesday-Thursday for the half dark special but get it same way.
