I literally swear by this but whenever you bit into the rib my IPhone notified me that water was running but it was just the juice noises of the ribs. I replayed the video to see if it would set it off and it did it each time. As a born and raised texan this makes me proud!
I lived in brenham across the highway from there original location, it’s a very small wood building, there would be over 100 people in line at 11 am Friday-Sunday. Line went out the door, and to the road it was insane. I can see how they were able to open a big restaurant. Every time I went there would be about 20 people with the Texas weekly cause truth has stayed like #2 or 3 since the shack days. Also on the same road in brenham is Ljs or Tjs not sure, but it’s ranked top 15
@@Micah_paul_ya just spend 70 on it at Walmart, as long as you have the smoker, and over half a day to spare. Or you can see that 30$ extra and divide it by how many hours you would have worked for the meat and see it as paying for convenience and there work
