Trying The BEST FLAVOURED BEER! | Ft. Antil & Girisha | The Urban Guide 

Good to see you guys trying Craft Beer! Being a Beer Snob and a Home Brewer, I'd like to comment on a few things which will clear a lot of our misconceptions about beer and alcohol. First of all - 1:58, the pours look cool on camera, but are really bad pours, as they over-oxidise the beer, giving it a bigger head than necessary, and also makes it go flat quickly. 3:10 - I personally love fruit flavours in beer. Different hop varieties give off different flavours. I recently brewed an IPA with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. It tastes like pineapple and mango. Although, a lot of craft brewers also add actual fruit pulp along with the hops, in a home brewing situation it's very easy to spoil your beer due to infection from adding adjuncts like fruit. 3:43 - No! Alcohol + Meetha (Sweet) neither gets you any more drunk nor any quicker. It just makes you want to drink more, which is what makes you more drunk. Especially if you mix spirits with soft drinks. 4:31 - The Coffee Beer is either a stout or a porter with coffee beans added during the fermentation process, not coffee powder ( 5:34 ). 7:17 - Stouts, or any beer for this matter can range from lower alcohol levels to higher alcohol levels. One of the most popular stouts in the world - Guinness is 4.2% ABV. The one that they've got in this video is a higher ABV stout. If a stout has higher than 9% ABV, it is called an Imperial Stout or a Russian Imperial Stout. 8:32 - German Wheat Beer is called either Weissbier or Hefeweizen, not Witbier. Witbier is a Dutch translation for White Beer, not German. Again, typically it is 4.5% - 5.5% ABV, but as they have a 4% one in this video, it can vary from lower ABVs to as high as 16% ABV. Bananas and Cloves are not added to Hefeweizens, it's the yeast strain used for fermentation that produces the clove and banana esters. Despite all these things, I loved the video.. as I do all TUG vids. Not complaining about anything, just spreading some Beer-Gyaan! Keep 'em coming TUG :D

bhai laung/banana use nahin karte German witbier main, it is the yeast/fermentation that creates esters which give you a perception of clove/banana
