Trying The Cheese Stroll At Disney EPCOT's Food & Wine Festival! | Emil's Fromage Montage & More Fun

In today's vlog we head to Disney's EPCOT to try a few more new items from the International Food & Wine Festival that we didn't get to try on my last couple of visits and we also complete the Emile's Fromage Montage Cheese Stroll! We tried 5 of items listed and then got a free completer treat! We tried some things we wouldn't normally try and it was awesome, I was pleasantly surprised with how good some of the menu items were. We definitely recommend trying the Fromage Montage when you visit the Food & Wine Festival! We hope you had fun hanging out with me at EPCOT today! Hi Festival cast member here! A couple things to clarify! The disney dining plan is offered in a different way at the moment, it's basically just a gift card to be used which is why the marker is still there on the menus! And the reason why the France Pavillion doesn't have items in the fromage montage is because that booth is run by a 3rd party, not by disney! The other booths that are run by 3rd parties includes Mexico, China (except the India booth), Italy, and of course France!

@@perfectlybeautifulAl all jokes aside I thought the same thing. Rarely do we see Tim waste food. He often eats Jenn’s leftovers and offers what he doesn’t like to someone he’s with. He was alone on octopus day so likely felt compelled to at least try to eat it. (Octopus isn’t something I enjoy either).

He’s just bravely trying again to be super fair I think. If you like octopus, sounds like the texture is better than the usual over-chewiness. I’m off octopus since seeing My Octopus Teacher. Seen plenty of lovely animal videos & still eat meat (I know) but that movie did me in.

Pao de queijo (cheese bread!) is made with tapioca flour, so it's 100% gluten friendly. You should really try to make it one day because it's super simple and uses only like 3 ingredients lol

Also, Tim! It's prob the bonito flakes you hated on the takoyaki lol bonito flakes are made from literal fish (bonito is a fish close to tuna) so that's why it was fishy 😂

Hi Tim! Pao de queijo is gluten free because we use Tapioca flour or Manioc starch. Also we use Parmesa cheese to give this consistency inside! A few Brazilian markets in Orlando sell a pao de queijo mixture that you just add water and eggs, mix and bake for 30 minutes! You should try!!

Tim, I'm Brazilian, live in Tampa Bay, go to a Brazilian store in Orlando and buy the cheese bread mixture. Comes in a package, I use the Yoke brand, just add water and eggs, roll into balls and bake. It's fantastic right when it comes out of the oven, super easy!

Brazilian cheese bread is so easy to make! I make it about once a week! Preheat oven to 400° Lightly grease 2 mini muffin tins with EVOO In a blender, add: 2/3 cup milk 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour 1/2 cup packed grated cheese (we usually use mozzarella and parmesan because we always have it on hand) 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste) 1 large egg, room temperature (can place the egg in warm water for 15 minutes if your egg is not room temp) Blend until smooth. You will have to stop to scrape the sides of the blender. Tapioca flour is very fine. Once the flour is fully incorporated, pour into muffin tins, filling to ⅛" from the top. Will yield about 24 (depending on the size of the egg) Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

My favorite content (park related) is Epcot content. Its my fav place in the world so to see y'all have SO much fun only makes me want to go back even more. Im from California, so traveling to WDW is such a mission... so thank you for the content. Re: the Indian cheese & curry ketchup... this is how/why India & the Caribbean have spicy foods...they actually make you sweat and the sweat cools you (ie: spicy conch chowder, hot soups, & paneer). Also, proud of you for trying the octopus & going out of your box. This is why we love & appreciate you Tim! I love burnt cheese too. Try cheese crisps! They are usually around the salad things in the grocery store in a pouch. Parmesan and cheddar versions, sooooooo good!

First off, really enjoyed the vid. An Epcot festival might be the only thing I would go to WDW for these days. Second, I applaud Tim for acting so cool when that person yelled his name. I know this probably happens every time he goes to the parks, but hopefully most people are more chill than this person. Of course, the fact that Jen kept it in the video I guess means they got the humor in it too. But if Jen and Jackson were with him and that happened I would not be cool with it.

Hi Tim! Pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is gluten free because it's made of tapioca starch (polvilho), and tapioca is extracted from the cassava root.

I'm so excited to try the fried paneer. I love paneer and have never had it fried. I also am happy to see they changed the montage. In the past I didn't do it because there were several cheese items I was not willing to eat. This year there are many more I'd be down for and I can repeat my favs.

We make the Brazilian cheese bread! I think it’s made with tapioca flour if I remember correctly, which is why it’s gluten free

We saw Tim film the Japanese booth! I was so excited to see him, but I was too nervous to say hi. I’m sorry to hear the octopus wasn’t good, but the teriyaki chicken bun was phenomenal. I would highly recommend it! Love all you guys do!

Tim you can buy Brazi Bites in the freezer section. It’s the same Brazilian cheese bread. Gluten free because it uses tapioca starch.

Aldi and Trader Joe’s sell the griddled cheese. It’s marked halloumi, bread cheese, or grilling cheese.

Tim, I give you a ton of credit for trying the octopus. I really like seafood, though I’m not crazy about octopus. But I *really* don’t like bonito flakes or nori. Nothing would have induced me to try that. You are the man. Glad you rewarded yourself with cheese. You deserved it!
