It's that time of year again! Time to get festive!! What is your favourite thing to do around this time of year? For us and most people, it's the food and drinks!! So James and Clair head to Costa to try out the festive menu!

Fair play to the pair of you for leaving in the banter about the kids. James is completely correct - there is so much, innocent stuff said these days that someone somewhere is ready to go postal over. It's making for some fairly absurd situations and it must be even worse for the pair of you being in the public eye/content creators, cancel culture etc. Really pleased to see you two are just being yourselves and aren't about to edit everything to death to account for the permanently offended in today's world. My mrs now has a crush on……..Claire, sorry James!! She joined the Scummy Crew late and we now settle down every Wednesday with our 10 week old baby and laugh and smile for 20plus minutes, awesome guys thanks for entertaining us ❤️
OMG glad its not just me missing the sausage cheese and bean melts. How funny is this, I go to Greg's 4 times a week on way to work, even though I know they have none, I still ask. Staff think its funny. New member of staff last week. I asked for 15 😃, the other staff fell about laughing. Keep up the good work
Go to Iceland James they sell the greggs sausage and bean and others greggs stuff frozen. You just check them in the oven and your good to go xxxx enjoy

In your first or second episode, unpacking the christmas food shop, James says sparta instead of sparse and now that's the only thing I think about when one of you says sparse in this vlog. Absolutely cracked me up at the time. Love the vlogs the same now as I did then. Thanks for this Buckley's x

As I have NEVER in all of years on earth tasted or consummed anything from Gregs, Starbucks, Costa.. etc. Do I sound boring? I don't drink caffienated drinks and I don't eat 'fast-food'... OMG I am boring! 😆 I love a curry, panini, a wrap and above all chocolate! And I have at many times during my 40+ years of being a Mother - really disliked my Daughters, and very seldom my Grandchildren. My Scummy daughters introduced me to James in the Inbetweeners, we're all still Scummy. Wishing you all a lovely advent . x

If your local Sainsburys has a hot counter near the deli/meat counters then they do their own sausage, cheese and bean slice, taste the same as greggs.

As for the Costa treats (Costa, you'd better sponsor this fabulous couple and pay them handsomely for the plug!) our youngest son loves the gingerbread latte! Great Flog, one of the funniest especially around the kids, made me laugh out loud. Every Saturday when I go to the Newsagent buy a paper and a lottery ticket the kids ask “Dad what would we do if we won the Lottery” my reply “What’s this WE - I’m off, but I promise to FaceTime you once a week from Disney Land” my kids now make me pinkey promise to split the money - little f@@king Hustlers 😂😂

Clair, it’s called Dead Fly Pie and it’s my favourite thing ever. They only do them up north and can be difficult to find at times. When I was at school, many years ago, it was a pudding and is great with custard. But no one liked it when you called it Dead Fly Pie. Mince pies do come a close second to them. ❤️
