Trying the "EGG" Foundation | Milabu

The “egg” foundation has been circulating my social medias. There is NO egg in this foundation. The shape of the bottle reminds people of an egg, hence the “egg” reference lol. I think the foundation packaging is so cute. Polite Society is the name of the foundation and they just recently released a new powder blush in a stick form. This blush is so effortless, it’s amazing and lasts ALL day long.

Those blushes are gorgeous and blended like a dream! Not sure if I'll be buying them anytime soon. I have so many blushes already, plus it's a bit steep $$$.

I felt a lot the same way you did about the foundation. I also got very fair cool for a shade and it was still a little dark but I made it work. I’m so fair skinned with cool undertones it’s hard to find foundations that are actually light enough that don’t oxidize. I have normal to dry skin. I moisturize and usually do not have an issue with foundation clinging to any dryness on my face. But, I had the same issues as you with it on and around my nose. It just didn’t want to sit well and it seemed to start breaking up in that area immediately. I was disappointed for the price I paid for it. I still use it bc I don’t want it to go to waste but I wouldn’t recommend it or repurchase it. I would recommend the About Face foundation that just came out though! Oh my goodness! I love that stuff and it’s about half the price! Really impressed and they had my exact shade. The blushes looked fantastic on you! And wow! They had some staying power! @@kelseyfranklin1231 I got F0COOL Fair with cool pinkish-blueish undertones. It is the fairest shade they have. It doesn’t oxidize on me at all. I don’t see any blue in it at all but that’s what the description says. It’s the About Face The Performer Skin Focused Foundation. I’ve blended with both a brush and a sponge and both work well. I still usually tap over with a sponge even if I use a brush. It is buildable to, I would say, a medium coverage which I’m happy with. And it does last. When it begins to wear off after a long day it does so gracefully. As I mentioned I have normal to dry skin. I still do all my skin care to make sure I’m hydrated. I have used this with a primer and without. It looks good either way. I’ve used the wet n wild serum primer in the blue bottle and it played well with that, BUT the one I just tried and REALLY like is the new NYX blur screen SPF 30 primer that just came out. I don’t know how much it blurred anything but I got my sunscreen and primer all in one and the about face foundation laid down so nicely over it. Good luck if you decide to try it. Milana how do you put on mascara on curled lashes without getting it on the lid. I got benefit mascara which is a wet formula that make great spider lashes but I cannot put it on without it getting on my lids. Never had this issue with any other mascara before.

Unfortunately you can't get it here in the UK 😢😢😢I have seen so many reviews on it would love to try it but will have to wait and see if it's going to come to the UK 🇬🇧
