Halal means the cow or sheep is slaughtered at the slaughterhouse not electrified or something that makes the animal lose all the blood inside of it which makes it eligible for eating (Halal)
It’s important to note some things, slaughterhouse sounds a bit barbaric. When we make a meat halal, the animal ofc has to have been fed well and treated well, cup your hands with water and feed it to the animal you wish to choose, it needs to be facing the direction of the kabbah, also the animal is not allowed to see the blade that’s going to be used if the animal sees it, you cannot cut the animal, you must also recite the kalima before hand. It’s a beautiful process in my opinion.
@@BahssitWOW... the whole world MUST be learn from these Islamic practices instead of calling what they've been calling islam the past 20 years in the media. this is something I'd definitely fight to spread
No matter what countries I've been, I will always eat from halal food seller. Obviously they're cleaner & healthier, cleanliness is part of muslim's faith. Most muslims also don't cheat, so if it's cheap, it's really cheap, nothing sketchy in the food. Sometimes, they even give discounts or more portion 🎉 The leftover foods will be given for free ~
I know these guys since before they were known....everyone made lines at the Halal Guys 2 blocks away at the Hilton while I enjoyed the best halal in NYC without much of a line for years....now these guys are finally getting the recognition they deserve....great people....
Whenever I had a rough day in med school or the hospital I would walk for an hour each way just to take a few bites of this delicious food. It always made me feel better. Enjoy ❤.
This is the one of the best returns in NY. Good food with average price. They are generous with quantity. My goto spot. I hate the line, but it's fast moving and ya, White sauce is my favourite. It's something I can't describe. You need to try it.
I have been living in Melbourne for over 5 years but I have never seen HSP served with rice. It's always chips. Any suggestion for a place who serve it with rice?
I didn’t know that this was the famous halal spot , i went to nyc 2 weeks ago and seen the line lol sadly i had just eaten so maybe next time i visit i try some
Welcome to New York City, (the big 🍎), the home of the original Halal Guy's!!! we've been eating there for over 20 year's now!!! peace & blessing's🙏...
Jersey native here, grew up around all these different foods, but I've always wanted to tour NY and just eat everything i come across! Coming from the foodie tristate, i know there's nothing like NY food. 😩❤️
Common man. I live in Cleveland, and I will be joining you if that happens. Cleveland is very conservative and people won’t support Middle Eastern business unless they sell Hookah and Smoking products.
Technically yes. But I once ordered a "yeero" and the cashier just yelled to the kitchen to make a jye-ro. I know now to just call it jye-ro around here 🤷♂️
Why is halal meat better? Firstly, the animal is slaughtered so as not to feel pain. Secondly, because of the slaughtering method, the blood is filtered from the meat tissues, which makes the meat better and less toxins and diseases. Thirdly, God created all creatures and knows with His knowledge what is the best thing for you and the animal.
Yeah. Adeels is decent but there are better in the city. Still waaaay better than Halal Guys though. For tourists that want good halal, I'd recommend them over HG any day.
I’ve always heard of Adel’s food cart, and I really want to try this. Glad you endorsed the food and that it’s as good as I’ve heard. Can’t wait to try this 😋😋😋😋😋
