I am a fifth grade science teacher. Today a student told me the worksheet I passed out was a “sando” I had to pretend I didn’t know what they were talking about 😂😂
EJ needs to complete a triathlon. That’s a good metric for being in shape. Plus $25000 isn’t chump change, whatever he does it needs to be challenging. He’ll be a winner even if he loses!
EJ you want to meet RN who is single Pilipina USCitizen let me know if you are interested . I’m a grandma all my 3 daughters married. You are very handsome and hard working man ❤💪🏼👍
EJ!!! When I was in my early 20's and for many years after I ran everyday, three days of lifting. I went from 180 lbs to 210 lbs with a 6 percent body fat in less than a year. I was blessed with a fast metabolism and long wrapped muscles. With long hair and a headband my nickname was Rambo. Then I raced mountain bikes. Forget running and ride a bike HARD. YOU got this brother!!!
Who's better than you? Nobody. Your channel is a joy ... loved the different games, I don't care what the stakes are, just love the atmosphere and conversation 💙💜
I enjoy watching matt, ej and the crew so much over the last 3 months ive watched the old videos from before following it some days i wish more than 1 a day dropped lol ❤
My first fitness goal was to swim a mile in a pool without breaks. It took me 8 months to get there and as a side effect I lost 52 pounds. But I started quite a bit fatter than EJ is.
Matt and Crew: Do you all keep track of the “Stats” and Challanges you all come up with. I think we would all love a monthly wrap of all the achievements you have accomplished that month and what challenges you still need to do (15 Buffalo, Wolf Peak Bonus, ect)
I would rather be hanging in the gym, then hanging out in a mall or restaurant and such. Don't understand why people give him a hard time when they do nothing else 😂
I was 260 Pounds last year, I am now 175, what I've learned is that you can workout a lot- but diet is what really matters when it comes to fitness goals. I know EJ can do it, I have faith in him and his bet winning endeavors
Also to built muscle you need to work the weights to failure and eat tons of protein. It’s a scientific fact you’ll gain muscle this way. Especially as a beginner. You can even be in a calorie deficit and build muscle while losing weight as a beginner
Please play the new Huff And Even More Puff. I tried to watch LadyLuck HQ play it but had to turn it off. She's so annoying and needs to stop talking like a drug dealer with her stupid "Get money, uh" every 2 seconds. Really appreciate the class and style in your videos
I ❤ this channel. Only issue is it’s so annoying when EJ dictates the bet even when Matt wants to bet less or more. He just acts entitled and does what he wants. Still love the videos.
not just the regular one though, it needs to be either the Navy Seals or the Rangers fitness test. it has to be difficult, and the regular Army fitness test would be way too easy for him to achieve by the end of the year.
I watch you guys every night before bed!! Love your banter and Vegas Matt is so hilarious!! I am always laughing, feel kinda silly laughing at a video, but it feels like I’m right there with you guys. Lot it!! Good luck guy!! From Indianapolis 😊
If you want a woman's point of view, E.J...Toned and trim is more attractive than bulky. Clothes look better too and it doesn't look like you spend your life at the gym.
This is day one of me saying that the guy named “world’s biggest gambler” isn’t the guy that we are watching gamble. When will we get to see wbg gamble?
Hi Vegas Matt I watch you almost every single day as soon as EJ posts them! Great Stuff. If I miss a day I get to watch 2 episodes of Vegas Matt on RU-vid! Thank you! I hope I run into you guys when I’m in Vegas on April 14 week. That would make my entire trip worth it.
I love your content. You are the best gambling channel on RU-vid love when you get together and gamble with steve. Thank you for your constant entertainment.
Just so you know you guys are so entertaining in the best way because of family and friendship Keep up the good work and all the amazing content … watch every night from Ontario Canada
More great content but I was just thinking you guys should probably slip it up a little bit and show us some things that you guys do in your daily lives maybe like the working out part or something of that nature don’t get me wrong. Very nice to see you guys playing obviously we all love it but I’m sure there are many people that want to get to know you guys much more great content as always
EJ, you should set a goal for the 3 big lifts. Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift. I heard a good benchmark is to bench 1× your body weight. Squat 1.5× your body weight. And Deadlift 2× your body weight. I think this would definitely be a tough goal, but we would all love to see you get even bigger (and win that 25 grand)
Hey Matt, here’s a good one you and EJ should do an endurance course and winner gets a money prize basically you guys all can compete against each other. I would definitely watch that all for the laughs. I know it would be better than a blunt stick in your eye. Lol.
EJ or Ejay ….. Just some advice. I was a Connecticut Police Academy Instructor and one of my areas was physical training (PT) A good overall body workout goals for your age. 8 minute mile run ( that’s 2 minutes a lap ) 38 push-ups in a minute, and 35 sit-ups in a minute. To achieve the 38 push-ups, start with just the 45 pound bench bar. No weights. Bench press the bar and work on achieving 100 reps. Obviously you have to work up to it. Try to do 3 sets of 30 with only a two minute break. This will build the chest muscles for push-ups . Sit-ups just do as many as you can correctly. We had to do 100 sit-ups in the last phase of the academy ( no time limit ). Jogging vs sprinting. First PROPERLY stretch the hamstrings. Watch a RU-vid video on how to stretch legs. On a jogging day, start off with a lap or two however, if you cannot jog that long then finish walking the entire mile. Sprinting …. ( not on the same day when you jog ) stretch the hamstrings. When sprinting, start with 15 yards and run the first 3 sprints at half speed to get your legs used to the run. After you feel your legs are stretched out, finish the last 12 sprints at YOUR comfortable max speed without pushing yourself to prevent injures.. you need to work up your sprints. These sprints will help you strengthen your legs and cardio. This will make you faster in the 8:minute mile. This is in addition to your workout. You need to do squats. Again, very light comfortable weight and try to get 50 reps. You will have to work up to this. This was how I trained the recruits in the academy.
