@Spatza I'm atheist, but to be fair, science has never disproven the concept of a god, it's just disproven all the gods so far. There could still be some sort of creator of the universe, but they have clearly moved on and don't give a shit about us, or never had the power to interfere in the first place. I don’t want to have an argument in a RU-vid comment but science hasn’t proven a majority of things let alone given a valid reason for me to not believe in my faith. Science tells me that something can never come from nothing but still to this day people preach about the Big Bang as if it’s ever been fully or even partially proven and not just been the most basic theory for the longest time, and is only talked about because no one has found a reason how the universe could come to be without a intelligent designer.

The comment you made about rain making lava explosive was interesting as some of the most violent explosives happen when large amount of water is dissolved in the melt. Or any large amount of volatiles (NO2, CO2, Sulfer O-something), but water is the most common so disregard that.
