I mean it might’ve, at least true pacifist that it. In undertale you need to hang out with papyrus&undyne&alphys to get the true pacifist and you can’t hang out with sans in this unless you spare him
And even if you don't kill anyone in Undertale, you need to give Undyne the water to be able to hang out with her, so you can't get True Pacifist if you skip that
It’s probably the best fangame for that moment, ‘cause it’s actually saves the special of the game. On the Ruthless Way game is guilting you so much, like you really feel pressure. It turns to "you’re only monster in here" every time you kill someone. And game advises you not killing, instead of killing more than Undertale. Its not just guilting you, its advises how better to you and Chara. And Sans understand why we doing this, but he want to save us. Like a true hero, he saves everyone, even the almoghty human. He saves us from the Ruthless Way.
probably the second best fangame out rn considering its still in its demo and Undertale Yellow's a full game. I DO believe that TSUnderswap WILL surpass UT Yellow but as of right now we're still only in the demo so
The first time i saw the one last chance screen i shit myself then when i hit him again i realized that it wasnt them mad at me it was just a cut and reroll. Lol
After that and if you use fake fight act during sparing part,it basically work like Sans is roleplaying with you using "pretend HP" after 3 times using Fake Fight Sans just use 9999 Fake HP, Fake Strongest Armor and Fake unavoidable attack before asking want too roleplay more and Chara just went "no", if you use Fake fight any further Chara just say "He not even playing fair!"
Fun Fact: Just like undertale, sans in TS!Underswap remembers your resets and would comment on your expression expecting a different reaction from him.
Misconceptions on both ends, neither sans nor ts underswap sans remember reset they only known about it and make an educated guess based on your expression
im doing neutral, killed all the monsters that were purposefully damaging me (to go along with asgore's morals of no monsters want to hurt you...) and i kept tryna hit sans. i still got the one last chance screen and same dialogue in the end, so i guess its kind of the same as in pacifist?
i really tried to do it, i finished the pacifist run and then i attempted to shoot him, but i just couldnt. glad to know that this is what happens if you do so i do have to go through with it.
In my neutral run they just do like the greasers when you beat them up, they leave the battle, and after the battle theyre simply beaten up on the overworld, koffin k is ok with it
Teamswitched really doesn’t want us to kill Sans i find it kinda lame tbh really feels like theyre feeding into fanon sans way too much with how op he is also don’t like how you cant physically kill muffet but when you die he doesn’t give a shit to do anything
He is OP and strong and very hard to kill in the actual game too (u literally only kill him because u cheat and attack twice. He dodged the first attack). They are not feeding into Fanon Sans, they are just portraying him (pretty) accurately imo. "also don’t like how you cant physically kill muffet but when you die he doesn’t give a shit to do anything" He doesn't, help u with Muffet for a few reasons. He knows u have time powers, so u can't actually die (and Monsters don't have time powers), he thinks because of your time powers that u have more responsibility and he holds you to a higher standard, he is also testing u, to see what will happened even when u are confronted by people like Muffet, he is more aware of how dangerous and stuff humans can be compared to others, and he isn't really all that fond of us in the 1st place. Though that might change and/or be changing. TS!Crossbones/Sans can be harsh/cruel and/or seen as harsh cruel, because of this stuff and so on, but it is also logical (and Sans is a logical character), and consistent w/ his character (both in TS!US by itself, and that it is just quite in-character imo). I get why people can see him hypocritical though, he can kind of be, Sans is a very flawed character, and Crossbones is not expectation to that, but it is still consistent for him, and he still has his own reasons. Also, u can kill Muffet, u just can't in Pacifist, where u know, u literally attack and try to kill her in front of him. And he isn't even all that mad about it when u do.
To be fair, Sans in general is a pretty op character in some ways. His entire gimmick of cheating is what makes him popular. And TS!Swap Sans is literally just Sans but without the nihilism that usually drags him down from really trying or even caring about living. So of course he’s gonna be a lot more tough. I don’t think you’ll have to worry about him very much tho. Worst case scenario he evacuated himself to safety and that’s the last you’ll ever actually see of him, best case scenario, he pops up again to sacrifice himself. Probably for Papyrus to be honest.
It does feel weird because theoretically your ‘last chance’ should be once you press the attack button properly. That the game (or Crossbones?) gives you a second go is definitely unsettling somehow…
