I see a couple comments questioning the A-7 fold at 18:10. It did give me pause for a moment but then I thought it was ok. One conclusion I've come to from watching Jaman's vlog vs others is that in order to be a consistent pro--you know, the kind who needs to make $X to pay the bills--what you want is relatively low (or at least predictable) volatility. Not being a nit, but understanding table dynamics, and making the decision to try to avoid hard decisions. That A-7 was the perfect example of progressively harder decisions coming. So yeah I get that decision. A lot of these other vloggers just got lucky at the right moment. That's another way to make it, sure, but there is value in having your life the way you want it, without drama and stress.
Hi, I'm the guy that gave you a Skyline t-shirt in St. Louis a few months after my triple by-pass in 2019. I to have eaten White Castles and Skyline all my life-I'm 70---still kickin and feel great !
Congratulations on the better-than-doubling up! White Castles are nice, but I remember they seem like the Krystals we get in Georgia. I’m one for thicker “hamburger steaks” these days, recently had a Dave’s Single yesterday. More for proteins that don’t seem as thin as a slice of processed American cheese:P
Mate, love the tunes! I had never heard of the likes of Sencha Green and King Flexx before watching your videos, now they're in my new play list called 'I feel Amazing!'. Thank you for your poker insight! Best regards, Reg - BrisVegas. ;-)
Retired military here looking to grind up a simple roll to become a 2/5 reg. Loving your 3k bankroll challenge from 5 years ago. I'd like to ask how you studied back then? I've gone through Poker Coaching's content by John Little & may use GTO Wizard in the future. I've read more poker books than I can remember. What helped you grind your roll to become a 5/10 reg? Been subbed to you for a couple of years now. You're editing & narration is way better than any other vloggers, even the big guys like Owen. IDK how you don't have 500k subs.
Back then my study was basically all crush live poker that was good enough to get me to break even 2/5. Once I started playing 5/10 I did more game theory study and hired a coach, same with 10/20
William's accent is coming along 🤣 I liked that players accent from NY, sounded Bronx like, perhaps a Deli owner. ha! Nice session Jaman. Tomorrow I'm hitting the White Castle drive thru. How was yours?
Always a good day when we get a JB vlog Good luck navigating that F1 garbage on the strip, I was there a few weeks ago and it was a nightmare getting around, I'm sure it's 10x worse now
I won't be anywhere NEEEEAAAARRR the strip if I can help it during that madness unless I can figure out how to build a jetpack or something. I agree it's going to be insane!
Damn White Castle is pricey compared to the time I went to one in Detroit, bullet proof glass, 3 A.M and mildly terrified. Another half hour well spent. You are the best there is.
Hey Mr. Burton what part of the USA is your accent from? I'm Canadian and you speak the exact same way I do....very same speech patterns like my buddies back home. Northwest USA? close to the border? are you originally canadian?
You are an artist. Not like a HCL artist. A creative mind with an aesthetic and a way of expressing yourself. And a damn fine poker player. That girl of yours might not care too much for the poker at this point, but when she looks back on your legacy, she gonna be so damn proud.
Diaherrea burgers or continuing poker-ing #jaman made the right decision - question is what is @jamanburton order of choice at the Castle 🏰 of CauCacity? I mean why couldn't it be a #BlackCastle?
Been in Vegas a week , last night is tonight. My wifes and I anniversary, was wondering if you would be out and about we would like to meet you. I understand it is short notice but just curious.
One of your best vlogs ever. White Castle rules. Now I've got a few questions. How many hours were you on the toilet after eating White Castle? Do you still work in IT? If so what is your expertise?
If there ever was a 2,5x pot bet, the first hand is it. What an atrocious bet size :D EVERY draw missed! if he has ANYTHING, he'd think you're full of S here
This vlog begs the question if @jamanburton is hatin on Pete Davidson or his CRAZY 🤪 ASS GAME. A player not named @jamanburton once told me - Don't hate the player, hate the game! 😜
Dude, I love your videos and always give you the like but please for the love of god, drop the "KINGS" guy bit. It drags like truck nuts on a Carolina squatted F-250...just grates against how fluid your videos are otherwise! Love the content, please keep it up but lose the whig!
I don’t think he had queens. Felt like he slow played ace king of spades preflop and flopped the world. Gutter to a straight and the nut flush with outs to a royal flush. And missed it all. If he had queens he would have probably raised bigger not loving the flop. But i could be wrong. It’s happened before. 😂
I'd be a little 🙄 watching your friend repeatedly flatting and making it you two against a 3rd player. I know it's prob just coincidence but I'd prob be perturbed and want to change tabies.
Exactly . When someone consistently shows up at your table it could be that they are actually targeting YOU . Plus Chin is part of Solve for Y where Jaman enrolled . So those guys would know most of his tendencies . The friend claim might just be b.s.
See I love getting to enjoy my lunch on a weekly basis with #leonardoDiVinci of vloggers, the #dapperdon, @Lilynewhouse #heartthrob, @jamanburton every sling week rather than 🤮🤮🤮 by getting bamboozled on the felt by the @drawingdeadvlog!!!!!
