So it appears that there is a scammer replying to everyone pretending to be me. I am not doing a giveaway of any kind and please do not respond to the scammer in my comments!
Literally just got a message saying i had been selected as a winner for bowling equipment send me your number etc etc.. I was wondering if this was legit or not.
that was quite a thrill to watch! it always amazes me how match play can make you bowl out of your socks, and then at crucial moments, fluff things up. Thanks again for all the content and keeping us posted. Onwards and upwards!!
Don't be so disappointed. You did amazing. I am my own harshest critic as well, but you accomplished something special today and should be so proud with your head held high. Great bowling!
Run Forest run you got this I'll be rooting for you luckily and ironically staying at southpoint today yay can't wait to check out the action and do some recreational bowling
Been watching you for a few weeks now. Really enjoy your vids! This was so intense to watch lol. You did great and it's inspiring to hear what you said at the end. Keep it up!
Amazing work man! That was such an exciting match, both of you bowled phenomenally. You will get that first title soon, you have one of the cleanest releases I’ve ever seen.
definitely a bummer when u hand them pins no matter what level of tournament u are bowling. looking forward to seeing u in the PBA stuff in 2023, your vids are great u really edit them well. thanks for the content sir!!! good luck in pba this next year, stay strong!!! 💪💪💪💪💪
Man Forrest tough to swallow, I tend to do the same thing. I tend to open or split and make it harder on myself to even hit average. I know you will overcome this just like I will overcome my deal as well. Keep up the hard work bud, it will pay off. We are rooting for you man.
Been watching you for awhile since coming from Darren's channel. You've come a long way and it's only up from here. You'll learn and bounce back stronger.
I love watching your channel and yout journey very impressive. Thank you for showing your vulnerability. You are going to get those titles (yes plural!) keep it up.
I really enjoy your video content how you show us the match between you and your opponent in full along with the scores. 👍. Wishing you the best to your first PBA title.
I just wanted to say the video quality in this video is so really good. The content and editing is getting better and better each video. Also the pacing with the music and bowling is phenomenal that is always my favorite part of bowling videos. Keep up the good work and bowling!
Damn four pin! You bowled great, man. Your videos are extremely fun to watch, and the vid quality is getting better every time. Taking your viewers along with you on the ups and downs of your journey like you do is what separates your channel from the rest in my opinion. Keep at it my dude!
Forest, you were awesome in those games. Yes, we all know Spares make the dough haha. Just want to say, absolutely awesome to see you move left and feel out the fronts into game 3. Awesome stuff to see, spare practice and some league for confidence right? Good luck in the future and kickass effort.
Man, so close, excellent bowling. You just need a little bit of that "luck" element to go your and you will win it handly. Don't beat yourself up, you bowled very well but had a few breaks not go your way. Getting closer and closer Forrest! .. it's coming, coming soon! .. thanks for sharing all the great videos! .. hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
I identified with that 7-10 leave so much. So many times I think I hit the pocket and leave that? It's just deflating. But that was a good run. Definitely identified with the spare game. Still working on mine as well. Keep on keeping on, dude.
Dang. You bowled well. I think you really threw better balls. Just got unlucky on the spares and a couple of tough leaves that shoulda struck. He kept having mixer light shots on the left for a bit, but then started locking on at the end. Overall I think you had better shots. Next time!
Yo Forrest, fantastic bowling and it sucks you didn’t make it through but just keep pushing and getting better and working. You will get there someday dude. Also, amazing music choice and editing style, production value of your videos lately has been on point. Keep up the great work dude!
Forrest, I've been watching some of your videos from time to time. You definitely have game. You also throw one of the smoothest shots on tour (in my opinion). Sorry this week didn't work out, maybe the next will. Good luck and I'll be checking in later.
You have a great roll. The 2 elements that I would focused in your practice is the first being that you need to get your release closer to your slide foot. The other being that your hips are a little to open at the delivery. Hopefully this will help you get to your goal. Peace
I really enjoyed your whole Vegas series. Thank you for sharing. Really sorry about the end result but let me be honest and say, I really do not like "Strike Fest" Tournaments. When the pattern lends itself to constant strikes the slightest boo boo blows you out and the best bowler rarely wins, rather the bowler that matches up best or is the most lucky wins. I prefer much harder pattern tournaments where strikes are hard to come by and bowlers are constantly fishing for carry and shooting lots of spares. Then luck is mostly taken out of it and the shot makers rise to the top and the best bowlers are in the top 5. As to spares, though I am nowhere close to your level, I shoot left side spares on sport and house with my strike ball because I know it will hook and I have more margin for error. I just give it a little room to the right and know it will come back. I only use a straight ball for spares on the right.
Yeah I’m right there with you. I’m not a fan of score fest tournaments either. Stay tuned for my next video where I bowled a doubles tournament on an extremely HARD pattern😬
That sucks. I just bowled my first real tournament and kinda did the same thing threw game 1 was 36 pins under my average and missed cashing by 31 pins.
Head up high. Keep working hard and it will lock in. "the sun doesn't shine in the same dog's ass everyday"...that goes for the other guy too. Put this in your gut and let it make you stronger. Catfish Hunter.
It seems like your mentality changes when you get the lead from being assertive and confident to defensive and “holding on”... just like when you almost get a 300 in PBA... like you go from the hunter to the hunted where you are trying to “escape” without messing up instead of going out and taking it. I could be completely wrong, but it seems to be a pattern...
Yes,you fucked it off for sure, but lets recognize your opponent. He too,was fantastic. That S.O.B. can throw hella strikes and is a true pro!!! Congrats to Alex/!!!
I know your disappointed but out of every negative take positives out of it. If you know where you went wrong, you know what to do to put it right. Keep the faith, keep believing in yourself because I’m sure a LOT of people do believe in you & you WILL get that PBA title & you WILL go home with the trophy. I’m sure every PBA pro will say the hardest title to get is the first one.

You are right to be upset with yourself for missing those spares. At that level of competition you can't afford to give pins away to your opponents. But, Jesus, Forrest-what the hell was up with those lanes? At least three times, or maybe four, the nine-pin looked as if it was gonna stand after you crushed the pocket on lane 16. They finally fell, but the nine pins? 10 pins, 7 pins, and every so often an 8 pin if you're unlucky, or your ball rolls out and doesn't drive through and take the eight out, but, dude-you were getting homered. You're gonna get that 1st win soon. You throw too good a ball, you're dedicated too your game, and you have a good attitude, to not soon win your first tournament. I don't know if Brittany is aware of it our not. But after a guy wins his first PBA tournament it's tradition for him to go to Hawaii-by himself. No wives or girlfriends allowed, where he will be given a Time Out card, which will allow him to do anything he wants for the week he is gone, with no repercussions from his wife/girlfriend whatsoever.
