That's not real king chilly, real king chilly is just thumb size or little bigger, the bigger the size it's lesser spicy. We Naga people too can't finish 1 full king chilly while eating heavy dinner.

The Raja mirchi you get in dimapur this days are mostly from Assam . Come back after a month and try jalukie Raja Mirchi if you want to know the real taste of Naga Raja Mircha. (Just so you know every part of Nagaland produce Raja Mircha except the one that's produced in Dimapur isn't that spicy and hot as opposed to the one that is grown in cold and Hilly Terrain). Please don't call assam hybrid Mirchi As Naga Raja Mirchi. You can call Bhoot Jaluikia if you want, so they say.

In dimapur it's a commercial hub area mainly vegetable supplies are from Assam If u wanna try King chilly go n try Jalukey King chilly

If you want to try real raja mirchi. You should go and ask the naga shop owners or ask some naga people. Even in raja mirchi, there are fake and real it seems. And most parents can identify to real and fake.

Be it PepperX,Carolina Reaper etc are all developed hybrid n artificial whereas Ghost or Naga King Chilly is the Hottest in it's purest natural form..Both Peppep X n Carolina Reaper used Naga ghost Pepper in their mix hybrid..

Most of the king chilli you get in the markets is hybrid or copy but if you want real Naga king chilli or also know as naga jolokia, go asked some locals am sure you will get
