Fight Filbert next. If you do athletic training you can do 2 different trainings for stamina. Stamina training increases the overall amount of stamina you have. I think it's conditioning training will have you using less stamina. So if "head movement" is using 10 stamina now, do conditioning training could lower that to 7 or 8. I don't know how the exact numbers work, but it's along those lines. I like to do 1 skills training, 1 athletic training, the "event" and rest. Not always in that exact order, but I think you get it.

I'd say Jett Turner. Better record and a lot more dangerous, just look at the K.O. numbers compared to the others. Not the highest ranked but definitely more dangerous. For the stamina, check each of the stats on the right hand side for each workout and it shows what stats it will boost.
