@@plumbus7253 A year late but basically Johnny Sins (the dude in the intro) is a famous "adult movie" actor (pretty sure he participated in the recording of the first ever adult film recorded in zero gravity) and throughout his career he's been known to play a variety of roles (Like plumber, doctor etc) in the adult movies he's been featured in.
