My mom wants me to get rid of my arachnophobia…..buuuuuut everytime I see a spider, I lose any sense of manhood I have and start crying so it’s impossible for me not not be afraid of spiders.
I have Coulrophobia (the fear of clowns) but it’s less run away screaming and more instinctually ready to run the ones with anyone with white makeup and a red nose on. I can’t trust anyone in a clown get up without thinking my life’s is in danger. Bit the hand of one when I was a kid when he tried to give me a balloon at a friend’s birthday party.
"Oh I'm going through it right now, but I appreciate you for asking!" Please let this catch on, I need something more accurate than "I'm okay" and less intense than "I feel like actual garbage,"
I have thalasophobia. Last summer went to the beach with some friends, two tried to throw me to the open sea from the bridge... I punched them so hard they don't talk to me anymore. In my defense, they knew about my fear of the open sea and that shit was not funny.
My problem is, he play these roles so good, I be swearing it’s actually multiple people. Clearly can see it’s him but you can hear the difference in the characters
Bruh this quirk might actually be more extreme than any anime quirk i've seen. The weirdest quirk i've seen is when death the kid needs every thing to be symetrical in for him to function properly.
Assistant: "why did you make it water when you knew he's aquaphbic?? " Doc: "Well, I figured it's either two birds one stone, or one assistant one bullet, his choice"
I just fight until I kill them, sometimes really have pause and mentally prepare. The hogwarts boss one though, let me tell you, I wish i had avada kedavra, that thing was so real looking had to constantly tell myself kill it kill it and pause throughout
so how did you end up dead Nurse: it was some bullshit some person had a 2 for one combo of fear and the doctor said its either them or the fear damn wait so why are you going to hell Nurse: cause I wasn't gonna go out like that without taking someone with me
For the longest time I have had Astraphobia (Fear of Thunder) and good lord it took forever to get rid of that. Now I just find thunder to be annoying. I will even unconsciously tell thunder to shut up.
That's similar with me, but I don't find it annoying, I actually find it quite calming, except for the occasional "big boom" it sometimes makes that surprises me, other than that quite calming.
I’m legitimately afraid of bee’s. I don’t run away from them, but instead I end out treating them like the T-Rex in Jurassic park just thinking to myself “if I stand perfectly still, it won’t sting me.” And I remain frozen until it leaves and is out of sight.
