At 0:16 there's a dude dude thaf got ran over by the vehicle By the way, the reason why you kept turning is because your center of mass was behind your center of lift. this matters especially when making a plane. Something else that especially helps with stability when making a plane is having your center of thrust be a bit closer to the front.
