I feel with the depression you and I are the same, so very hard to get motiviated and get moving. I finally got Agnes Grey, and I read a few pages and loved it, but that was a week or so ago, ugh! I watched some of your videos and I relate to you so much. Although what I have is bipolar, I’m also on disability and in a depressive episode(mixed episode currently). You are brave for being vulnerable. How do you deal with hopelessness towards the future? Do you ever feel hopeless? Thank you x

Yes it is very tempting and I did look at cottages to rent but as I said I can't really afford it right now. 🙃 thank you! I just used some mascara, no eyeliner in this video 🥰
