That’s why these ultra rare and expensive sneakers don’t make sense to try and flip. You’ll never find a shop that will buy them for their market value because there are no documented sales to compare them to. You’d be better off with 20 pairs of AJ-1 high Travis Scott because you can flip those easily if you have some patience and get a much better rate of return than having one sneaker that’s $25- $30K. At least still within reach for many people. The sneakers like Undefeated 4’s, have to be sold privately to collectors like Perfect Pair or Big Boy Cheng, where they would go into a display box and stay there until they dry up like dog shit.

Fair offer from the store. People have to understand that the number of people that will pay 20+K for a pair of shoes is virtually inexistent. A small business allocating so much capital in a pair that might take months or years to sell is risky enough for them. With those 12k they could invest in tens of 200$ pairs on StockX and flip them for 50$ profit in 3 months, make a few grands and repeat the process indefinitely. This pair shouldn't even be sold unless the owner really needs the money for more important things.
