Good on you, a refresh always boost moral and you feel better when your workplace looks smart. Keep up the good work joe, look forward to future journeys 😀
Macauley and Josh are cracking lads, get stuck in to anything. The change around looked good, the valeting bay looks tight but workable and the Porsche and Maser set the showroom off a treat. I loved the smart new logo tops too, it all makes you look very professional… This weekly vlog is a highlight of my RU-vid viewing 👍🏻👍🏻
This it really interesting watching. Joe you have your hands full controlling your team, think you should tell some of the team to look busy and get there hands out of there pockets it doesn't look good for costomers thinking of coming to look at cars they need to look bit more professional, lot of messing about. It's a very true vlog on how BM works so big well done for not hiding anything and showing an honest working week 👍👍
Hi Joe. Great video again as always bro. That 2016 Fiat 500 595 Abarth is bloody gorgeous. How much is it Joe. And that black mini cooper. You have some great stock around at the minute. Thanks Joe 😅🇨🇮🤚🤚
What does that guy with the glasses actually do, scary that he knows the internet call him out for doing f all yet he still sits around doing naff all!
@@ShiftingMetal Just watched the episode with the questions and answers, sorry if that comes across as mean, I think I've been swayed by the other comments so need to watch more back videos and get a better picture of what every one does, it's the youngish guy taking to you at 6:21. Absolutely love the channel.
Joe, a spring clean and a lick of paint will give the business a boost!! Maybe some flowers out the front might be an option?? BTW that Macauley boy is some worker!!
Interesting to hear the lady talking about the 1936 Morris 8 at 25 pounds. My first car I bought in 1966 was a 1936 Morris 8 tourer for 2 pounds and ten shillings! Started to learn to drive in it with my father. How times have changed!
Not to be a jerk, but come on; the new valeting bay is Way. Too. Small. Either everyone is in denial or holding their tongues. You yourself had to dodge around the tail light of the crammed-in Kuga. And speaking of taillights, the Micra near-side reverse light is out (just an advisory, I suppose). But weirdly, I swear the tail lights don’t match left to right.
Mckorly needs to get some manual handling training ASAP. He is too keen to get lifting and hauling stuff and his back is going to go pop big time very soon. Joe could be liable if documented H&S training has not been provided and enforced. The guy with the glasses has no chance of injuring himself though!
...I can see the makings of a TV show to rival Gladiators - called "Ramp It Up"......where the contestants have to shift a car ramp from one end of of the course to the other....😂
Good episode with a lot of content which is brilliant few of the episodes have been very lack of content if it gets like that should do a fortnightly one instead so you get content which is worth your time and the viewers watching but yes keep up the content bit was good
First time I’ve seen the recovery guy with the glasses doing anything… All he seems to do is commentate on things and distract the other recovery guy who grafts and seems to get stuck into everything! I feel for Joe! Seems like a decent guy and boss but a few of his staff need to go in my eyes..
I've gotta be honest, But those kids / staff going around ' hoodies & baseballed up ' ain't a good look for you're Company. You're in Sweet old Burnham not west of Birmingham 🫣🙄 Ain't a good look on first impressions..I understand there not in " front of house / reception " position A lot of the elderly & middle aged (mostly you're local clientele) It's puts them off BIG time. Just saying 😌....
really enjoyed this Joe love the new details your putting into your business am sure new look and fresh paint will do wonders buddy enjoying the transformation good content as always get some LED LIGHTS outside
Hey Joe, good video mate, have you ever thought about selling numbers plates such as standard ones and 4d plates etc? Get one of boys on them and could offer pick up service or postage? I know it maybe busy with other sellers but another cool add on for u maybe? Keep up the good work Dan
I was in Brean last weekend and as we drove down the main road those Fiats really stood out. I'm still not sure who the madman was who waved frantically as I came back past you on Monday morning, I was driving a motorhome, but I couldn't find anything hanging off the bodywork!
@@davidworsley7969 What do you mean ‘Leave him alone’ ? I’m just asking a simple question and wondered whether that was what he did full time or did he have a garage role too I wasn’t having a go ….. jeeez
@@ShiftingMetal I’d be very interested in the figures, a valeting bay needs to be wide enough to open both doors fully. Speaking from years of experience. I’m fairly new to your channel, hopped over from chops garage!
Hi Would it be a possibility to put the detailing bay behind the car wash area Build a cheap covering over it Then they will be able to get the doors open etc
To-do list ... main office... lose the shelf with underside brackets, lose the number plates on the wall, make good the rusty metal on the desks, lose the wall mount cup hooks, main forecourt, lose the ancient tatty aircon sign thingy, make good the loose hanging panel in the overhead canopy, clean moss from pillars, and lose the bunting.
Call me old school, but a dirty untidy workshop is not a good sign of the quality of workmanship 😢 Before I retired, I'd have subcontractors come in for an interview. The first thing I would do was look at the inside and outside of the van they had. If it was a shit tip, that was the end of the conversation 😂😂
I don't wish to be be negative but a lot of your videos are becoming too long. IMHO 20 minutes of thereabouts is perfect. When they start to drag on past 30 minutes they become tedious. This is a developing problem with many vlogers as they become more confident.
Well actually I put it to a poll and most regular viewers want a longer video, a minimum of an hour and complain when they're shorter. It's nothing to do with confidence, I'd be happy under 10 minutes as I know it would get more views but giving my viewers what they want is more important to me
You'll need some markings for the big glass windows Joe, so that doesn't happen again. You could get sued by a customer if they injur themselves that way. 🫣
