I am still fairly new to your channel, have you tried any rhythmic gymnastic challenges yet? Keep up the fun content, these young gymnasts are clearly working very hard, it's great to see you highlighting this incredible sport.

Those girls are so adorable and really good! Some of the moves they do look really difficult. They deserve merch for being so nice.

Please please try the uneven bars next or do vault but only do female vaults from past Olympics, try the Biles on vault and more

Great video when I was teen in Texas in the early 80s at my middle school I had a great coach who had the boys also train doing uneven bars and beam to help with flexibility and also appreciate knowing the structure of the events and what it took for the girls, as well as, having the girls learn parallel bars and high bar for strength and also appreciation for the sport. I was glad of this and beam helped so much with truly testing my flexibility and knowing where I was in regards to such such as being able to do a proper split on the beam front and middle. So this was great and wonderful video to do this and also be involved with the young ones with such fun.

I love seeing leaders, professionals in their craft giving back to the younger generations, well done.

I did not know Nile Wilson had a very successful channel. I remember seeing his performance on horizontal bar that magically appeared on my phone. It’s good to see this Brit have such a good rapport with the kids.... it’s make a big difference in their lives.

I honestly think that as a challenge outside of gymnastics he should try doing a competitive swimming training session as they use different body skills and that would be really entertaining :D PS: love your vids been whaching for over a year and they always put me in a good mood so thank you for that

Nile you are so awesome! I’ve been watching your channel for about two months and I’ve watched every single video😂

Oy. Brings back so many memories! I did gymnastics for 10 years (ages 3-13) . . . I “crotched” the beam a handful of times . . . LORD, that hurt. Also slipped off and landed on my back on the ground a few times knocking the air out of me. That sucked. This was back in the days when hip whips were part of any decent bar routine. Don’t think I ever performed one perfectly. Always slammed my hips or my pubic bone into the bar . . . 30 years later, I can still remember how those things felt. LOVED gymnastics with a passion though. Gave my parents the silent treatment when they made me quit (though I knew they were right) - I was way too tall. Picked up volleyball (along with my beloved track & field) and never looked back. I credit pretty much all of my athleticism in other sports to gymnastics. It developed work ethic, courage, core strength (full body strength, in general), kinesthetic awareness, coordination, agility, explosiveness and guts. Gymnastics is amazing!
