This is so impressive, the sounds and all the systems are really well simulated. Can't wait for the release, definitely a day 1 buy like your Traxx! Will there be multiple liveries?

The Vectron looks amazing, but will there be a fast startup button for people that just want to drive the thing? I don't want to fill on 100s of things, press a million buttons to just drive with a train. Basically I don't want to be a train driver before I know how to control the thing, I want to be able to press P for pantograph, W for forward and A for drive. I hope that can be added for the people that just want to use the Vectron for fun driving and screwing around in TS. The model and realism look amazing though!
It has the possibility to use fast start to fill it with air, then You can drive without any data or safety systems. However I am not planning any simplifications. That’s not how it works in real life :) I know I may be losing some players with this attitude, however I’m trying to make it as real as possible.
It is still a Simulator not a game. I think that it will be possible to start the loco with the manual or like the 186 with strg+shift+o. If it is dont possible than it give the RSSLO Vectron which is very easy to startup.
@@FliegenderTaurus yep, fast start is possible just as with Traxx. :) However if You want to use advanced functions properly, You need to learn how the locomotive works. I tried simplifying as less things as possible.
@@dominickchaloupka6673 I'd like to be able to enable safety systems before you start - the quickstart is great but I'd love to not have to do all the buildup. I understand it appeals to a certain audience and I respect that, but it would be nice to have. CTRL SHIFT O, enable safety system of choice in the computer (for me as a Dutchy that is ATB and no SIFA) and start moving. Again I respect and admire the many hours of scripting and working of the locmotive, but I'd love to just drive as a non-train driver. 🙂 If I have to build up my locomotive for 8 minutes every time I drive it, no thanks. I want to depart with my Night-Jet from Amsterdam Central right away, not in 10 minutes. ;-)
