Thanks for the explanation, I really liked it! Recently I've done some cycle analysis on the real estate market in Europe in general (I'm not an expert, I'm still learning), and I've found a possible bottom in 2027 in the real estate market; and also another one in 2032. Seeing on your chart, that your cycle analysis using Netherlands data is really really similar to mine, was wonderful! Wish you all the best! From Italy.
