Sir , the rank of the college has to be decided on opening ranks and not on closing ranks. Say if a student with rank 100 is taken in a college and closing rank is 2000, and in another college opening rank is 200 and closing rank is 1900 the first one has to be given as top rank college and not 2nd one. So, I request you to give ranking of the college in future taking the opening ranks of the college in open category. Why because, the closing rank depends upon the number of seats available in a particular branch in that college, but the opening rank will depend upon the standard of the college.

Autonomous status by itself does not add any value to a college. It was started in 2021 only. So it cannot get autonomous status yet. But it is a good college.

Because a seat is allotted in second phase, your first first phase seat is deleted and allotted to next in the merit list. Now you have to accept this seat and pay, self report, Otherwise this seat will also go. Without that you can go for third phase, but your second phase seat will go and there is no guarantee that you will get a seat of your choice in the final phase.
