Are you traveling with medication and have questions about the airport checkpoint screening process? Learn what to expect on your next flight in this TSA Cares video.
TSA Cares is a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process. Call 72 hours prior at (855) 787-2227 on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET and weekends/holidays, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
This demonstration provides an overview of what you can expect at the checkpoint, and does not reflect the screening process in real-time. Screening protocols may vary based on technology available at the checkpoint, and intelligence-driven factors.
*Contents of this video were recorded prior to COVID-19 and do not reflect the current CDC guidelines.*
